Claims (17)
- 조리 용기(1, 1')를 제조하는 방법이며,
일반 강철로 된 기판(16)을 금형 하여, 바닥(11) 및 측벽(12)을 구비한 그릇(10)을 제작하는 단계,
상기 그릇(10) 상에 연질화 처리 및 산화 처리를 실행하여 상기 기판(16) 상에 산화된 표면층(18)으로 덮인 질화된 중간층(17)을 형성하는 단계,
상기 그릇(10)의 바닥(11)의 적어도 일부분을 포함하는, 상기 그릇(10)의 외부 표면(14) 상에서 상기 산화된 표면층(18)의 기계적 마모를 실행하는 단계, 및
상기 외부 표면(14) 상에 알루미늄으로 된 열 확산 요소(20; 20')를 열 스탬핑에 의해 조립하는 단계
를 포함하는 조리 용기 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연질화 처리는 염욕에서 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리 용기 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산화 처리는 염욕에서 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리 용기 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산화 처리작업과 기계적 마모작업 사이에 후-산화 처리로 이어지는 연마작업을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리 용기 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 후-산화 처리는 염욕에서 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리 용기 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기계적 마모작업은 질화강의 경도보다 높은 경도를 나타내는 입자들을 사출하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리 용기 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 열 확산 요소(20, 20')를 열 스탬핑에 의해 조립한 후, 상기 방법은 상기 그릇(10)의 내부 표면(15)의 적어도 일부분 상에 코팅을 실행하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리 용기 제조 방법.
- 조리 용기에 있어서, 제1항에 부합되는 방법에 따라 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리 용기.
- 질화강으로 제작된 그릇(10)을 포함하는 조리 용기에 있어서, 상기 그릇(10)은 질화된 중간층(17)을 덮는 산화된 표면층(18)을 갖고, 상기 그릇(10)은 바닥(11) 및 측벽(12)을 갖고, 상기 조리 용기는 산화된 표면층(18)이 없는 상기 그릇(10)의 외부 표면(14) 상에 열 스탬핑에 의해 조립된 알루미늄으로 된 열 확산 요소(20, 20')를 포함하고, 상기 외부 표면(14)은 상기 그릇(10)의 바닥(11)의 적어도 일부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리 용기.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 열 확산 요소(20, 20')는 상기 그릇(10)의 바닥(11)을 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리 용기.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 열 확산 요소(20, 20')는 상기 그릇(10)의 측벽(12)의 적어도 일부분을 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리 용기.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 페라이트계 금속판이 상기 열 확산 요소(20) 내에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리 용기.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 강자성 물질로 된 인서트가 상기 열 확산 요소(20) 내에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리 용기.
- 조리 용기 및 상기 조리 용기 상에 적어도 하나의 리벳(3)으로 고정된 손잡이 장치(2)를 포함하는 조리 용품(100)에 있어서, 상기 조리 용기는 제8항 또는 제9항에 부합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리 용품(100).
- 가열 수단(250, 250')에 연결된 조리 용기(1, 1')를 포함하는 조리용 전기 기구에 있어서, 상기 조리 용기(1, 1')는 제8항 또는 제9항에 부합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리용 전기 기구.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 열 확산 요소(20)는 상기 가열 수단(250) 상에 탈부착 가능한 방식으로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리용 전기 기구.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 가열 수단(250')은 상기 열 확산 요소(20')에 일체로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리용 전기 기구.
