Description
도 2는 도 1 중의 상부 선회체 중 캡, 외장 커버의 일부를 제거한 상태에서 유압 셔블을 확대하여 나타내는 일부 파단의 평면도이다.
도 3은 엔진, 배기 가스 정화 장치, 재생 장치 등을 나타내는 회로 구성도이다.
도 4는 재생 장치에 의한 필터의 재생 처리를 나타내는 흐름도이다.
도 5는 도 4 중의 단계 8에 의한 중단 재개 처리를 나타내는 흐름도이다.
도 6은 제 1 실시형태에 의한 추정 포집량과 배기 온도의 시간 변화의 일례를 나타내는 특성선도(線圖)이다.
도 7은 비교예에 의한 추정 포집량과 배기 온도의 시간 변화의 일례를 나타내는 특성선도이다.

Claims (2)
- 차체(2, 4)와, 당해 차체(2, 4)에 탑재되어 연료의 분사에 의해 구동되는 엔진(10)과, 당해 엔진(10)으로부터 배출되는 배기 가스 중의 입자상 물질을 포집하는 필터(21)를 갖고 상기 엔진(10)의 배기 측에 설치되는 배기 가스 정화 장치(18)와, 당해 배기 가스 정화 장치(18)의 필터(21)에 포집된 입자상 물질을 연소시킴으로써 당해 필터(21)의 재생을 행하는 재생 장치(22, 41)를 구비하여 이루어지는 건설 기계에 있어서,
상기 재생 장치(22, 41)는,
상기 엔진(10)으로부터 배출된 배기 가스의 온도(T)를 검출하는 온도 검출기(26)와,
상기 필터(21)에 포집된 입자상 물질의 포집량(H)을 추정하는 PM 연산 수단과,
당해 PM 연산 수단에 의해 추정된 추정 포집량(H)이 미리 설정된 재생 개시값(Ht) 이상이 되었을 때에, 상기 필터(21)의 재생을 개시한다는 판정을 하는 재생 개시 판정 수단과,
상기 필터(21)의 재생을 행하고 있는 동안에, 상기 온도 검출기(26)에 의해 검출된 배기 온도(T)가 미리 설정된 소정 온도(Tt) 미만이 되면, 상기 필터(21)의 재생을 중단한다는 판정을 하는 재생 중단 판정 수단과,
당해 재생 중단 판정 수단의 판정에 의거하여 상기 필터(21)의 재생이 중단된 경우에, 상기 배기 온도(T)가 상기 소정 온도(Tt) 이상이 되면, 상기 필터(21)의 재생을 재개한다는 판정을 하는 재생 재개 판정 수단을 구비하고,
상기 필터(21)의 재생이 그 중단 없이 정상적으로 종료되는 경우에 상기 PM 연산 수단에 의해 추정되는 추정 포집량(H)을 정상 종료값(He1)이라 하고, 상기 재생 재개 판정 수단의 판정에 의거하여 재개된 재생을 종료하는 경우에 상기 PM 연산 수단에 의해 추정되는 추정 포집량(H)을 재개 종료값(He2)이라 할 때, 당해 재개 종료값(He2)은, 상기 재생 개시값(Ht)과 상기 정상 종료값(He1)의 사이로 설정하여 이루어지는 구성으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 건설 기계. - 삭제
