Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 페라이트 시트의 제조 방법 중 자장 인가 공정이 소결 공정 중에 수행되는 경우를 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이다.

- 침상형 페라이트 분말을 포함하는 페라이트 그린 시트를 제조하고, 상기 그린 시트의 제조 중 또는 제조 후에 자장을 인가하여 자기 방향을 일축 배향시키는 공정을 포함하며,
상기 자기 방향을 일축 배향시키는 공정은,
상기 페라이트 그린 시트를 소성로 내에 배치시키는 단계; 및
상기 소성로 내에서 소결 공정을 수행하면서 동시에 상기 소성로의 상하부에 배치된 자석을 통해 자장을 인가하여 자기 방향을 일축 배향시키는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 페라이트 분말은 연자성 페라이트(soft ferrite)를 포함하는 페라이트 시트의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 소결 공정은 800 내지 1000℃의 온도 범위에서 수행되는, 페라이트 시트의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 6 또는 8 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 페라이트 시트의 적어도 일면에 보호 시트를 부착하고, 타면에 양면 접착 시트를 부착하여 페라이트 시트 복합체를 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는, 페라이트 시트 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 복합체 내의 페라이트 시트를 복수 개의 미세 조각으로 파단하는 단계;를 더 포함하는, 페라이트 시트 복합체의 제조 방법.
