1차 건조 단계와,
2차 함침 단계
를 포함하며,
상기 1차 함침 단계는 함침 장치에 1차 혼합액을 수용시키는 1차 혼합액 수용 단계와, 상기 함침 장치에 직물 기재를 투입하는 직물 기재 투입 단계와, 상기 함침 장치 내에서 상기 직물 기재를 상기 1차 혼합액에 함침시키는 함침 단계를 포함하며, 상기 1차 혼합액은 파동에너지 방사물을 포함하며, 상기 1차 혼합액에 포함된 파동에너지 방사물은 입자 크기가 상기 직물 기재의 평균 기공 크기 미만인 것이 40질량% 이상으로 하여 상기 직물 기재 내 상기 파동 에너지 방사물의 침투를 증대시키고,
상기 2차 함침 단계는 함침 장치에 2차 혼합액을 수용시키는 2차 혼합액 수용 단계와, 상기 함침 장치에 직물 기재를 투입하는 직물 기재 투입 단계와, 상기 함침 장치 내에서 상기 직물 기재를 상기 2차 혼합액에 함침시키는 함침 단계를 포함하며, 상기 2차 혼합액은 파동에너지 방사물을 포함하며, 상기 2차 혼합액에 포함된 파동에너지 방사물은 입자 크기가 상기 직물 기재의 평균 기공 크기 이상인 것이 20질량% 이상으로 하여 상기 직물 기재 표면에 상기 파동 에너지 방사물의 도포를 증대시킨 인 것을 특징으로 하는 체지방 분해 기능성 직물 제조 방법. - 제9항에 있어서, 상기 1차 혼합액에 포함된 파동에너지 방사물은 입자 크기가 상기 직물 기재의 평균 기공 크기 미만인 것이 50질량% 이상이며, 상기 2차 혼합액에 포함된 파동에너지 방사물은 입자 크기가 상기 직물 기재의 평균 기공 크기 이상인 것이 30질량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 체지방 분해 기능성 직물 제조 방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 직물 기재의 평균 기공 크기는 1㎛ 내지 10㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 체지방 분해 기능성 직물 제조 방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 직물 기재의 평균 기공 크기는 10㎛ 내지 200㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 체지방 분해 기능성 직물 제조 방법.
