- 수탁번호 KCCM11662P로 기탁된 L-류신 생산능을 가지는 코리네박테리움 글루타미컴(Corynebacterium glutamicum) 변이주.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변이주는 L-류신 및 이의 유도체에 대해 내성을 가지는 것인 변이주로서,
상기 유도체는 이소류신, 테르류신, 노르류신 및 사이클로류신으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 것인, 변이주.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 L-류신 유도체는 노르류신(Norleucine, NL)인 변이주.
- 제1항의 변이주를 배양하는 단계 및 상기 변이주 또는 이의 배양물로부터 L-류신을 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 L-류신의 제조방법.
