도 2 는 본 발명에 따른 유전자 진단 장치의 제 2 실시예에 대한 개략적인 사시도이다.

도 4 는 히팅 블록과 광학계의 일부를 확대 도시한 측면도이다.

도 6 은 도 1 내지 도 5 를 참조하여 설명된 광학계의 구성을 도시하는 설명도이다.

Claims (8)
- 제 1 가열 소자;
상기 제 1 가열 소자의 상부에 배치되고 샘플 튜브들이 2 열로 삽입될 수 있는 히팅 블록으로서, 제 1 측면에 형성된 하나 이상의 제 1 통공들과, 상기 제 1 측면에 대향하는 제 2 측면에 형성된 하나 이상의 제 2 통공들을 구비하는 히팅 블록;
상기 히팅 블록(heating block)의 상부에 배치된 제 2 가열 소자;
상기 제 1 통공들 각각을 통해 상기 샘플 튜브내의 샘플에 광을 입사하는 광원 및, 상기 샘플의 형광 신호를 검출하는 디텍터를 구비한 제 1 광학계;
상기 제 2 통공들 각각을 통해 상기 샘플 튜브내의 샘플에 광을 입사하는 광원 및, 상기 샘플의 형광 신호를 검출하는 디텍터를 구비한 제 2 광학계;
상기 제 1 광학계와 상기 제 2 광학계를 서로 연결하는 연결부; 및,
상기 제 1 광학계 및 상기 제 2 광학계를 상기 히팅 블록의 제 1 측면 및 제 2 측면을 따라서 동시에 왕복 이동 가능하도록 상기 제 1 광학계에 결합되고 모터에 의해 구동되는 이동부;를 구비하는, 유전자 진단 장치. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 광학계 및 상기 제 2 광학계 각각은;,
상기 광원으로부터의 광을 집속시키는 콜리메이팅 렌즈;
상기 광의 사용 파장대의 광을 필터링시키는 제 1 필터;
상기 필터링된 광을 굴절시키는 다이크로닉 미러;
상기 다이크로닉 미러에서 굴절된 광을 통과시켜서 샘플에 입사시키는 대물렌즈; 및,
상기 다이크로닉 미러를 투과한 샘플의 형광 신호를 필터링하는 제 2 필터;를 더 구비하고,
상기 제 2 필터를 통과한 광을 상기 디텍터로 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전자 진단 장치. - 삭제
