Abstract
Description
도 2는 각질형성세포에서, 미세조류 추출물 농도에 따른 자외선에 의한 TNF-a (A) 및 IL-6 (B)의 발현 억제능을 측정한 그래프이다. 대조군으로는 덱사메타손 10 μM을 사용하였다.
도 3은 모두유세포에서, 미세조류 추출물 농도에 따른 베타카테닌 (β-catenin)의 세포 핵 내 유입 증가 수준을, 베타카테닌의 단백질 발현량을 통해 측정한 결과이다. 3 ㎍/㎖의 윈트3a (wnt3a)를 처리한 모유두세포를 대조군으로 사용하였다.
도 4는 모유두세포에서, 미세조류 추출물 농도에 따른 베타카테닌의 활성능을 측정한 그래프이다. 대조군으로는 윈트3a (wnt3a)를 처리한 모유두세포의 세포용출액을 사용하였다.
도 5는 모유두세포에서, 미세조류 추출물 농도에 따른 케라틴 17 (Keratin 17), IL-6R, Gp130의 mRNA 발현 정도를 측정한 결과이다. 대조군으로는 3 ㎍/㎖의 윈트3a (wnt3a)를 처리한 모유두세포를 사용하였다.
도 6은 모유두세포에서, 미세조류 추출물 농도에 따른 케라틴 17 (Keratin 17), IL-6R, Gp130 단백질의 발현량을 측정한 결과이다. 대조군으로는 3 ㎍/㎖의 윈트3a (wnt3a)를 처리한 모유두세포를 사용하였다.
도 7은 랫드 유래 호염구세포 (RBL-2H3, Basophil)에서, 미세조류 추출물 농도에 따른 히스타민의 발현 억제능을 측정한 결과이다. 대조군으로는 10 μM의 덱사메타손을 처리한 호염구세포를 사용하였다.
도 8은 인체 피부에서, 미세조류 추출물의 피부 자극 유발 여부를 측정한 결과이다. 대조군으로는 미세조류 추출물 대신 증류수를 사용하였다.
도 9는 염모제 자극에 대한 미세조류 추출물의 피부 자극 완화 효과를 확인한 결과이다. 대조군으로는 미세조류 추출물 대신 증류수 및 경쟁사 제품이 각각 포함된 염모제를 사용하였다.
