상기 혼합된 미경화 포토레지스트와 안료를 상기 광학센서기판 상에 코팅하는 단계; 및
상기 코팅된 미경화 포토레지스트와 안료를 경화하여 상기 광학센서 기판 상에 포토레지스트와 상기 포토레지스트와 혼합된 안료를 생성하는 단계를 포함하는 광각 이미션필터의 제조방법. - 제15항에 있어서, 상기 포토레지스트는 파장이 짧은 광에 의해 완전히 포화되기 전인 반경화 포토레지스트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광각 이미션필터의 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 혼합된 미경화 포토레지스트와 안료를 상기 광학센서기판 상에 코팅하는 단계는,
상기 혼합된 미경화 포토레지스트와 안료를 상기 광학센서기판 상에 적하하는 단계; 및
스핀코팅을 이용하여 상기 적하된 미경화 포토레지스트와 안료를 평탄화시키는 단계를 포함하는 광각 이미션필터의 제조방법. - 제15항에 있어서, 상기 혼합된 미경화 포토레지스트와 안료를 상기 광학센서기판 상에 코팅하는 단계는,
상기 혼합된 미경화 포토레지스트와 안료를 상기 광학센서기판 상에 프린팅하는 단계를 포함하는 광각 이미션필터의 제조방법.
