도 2는 본 발명에 따른 원형 톱 바디의 열처리 방법을 나타낸 공정도이다.

Claims (1)
- 원형 톱 바디의 열처리 방법에 있어서,
금속 판재를 레이저 가공방식으로 가공하는 단계(S100);
레이저 가공된 금속 판재를 프레스 담금질하는 단계(S200);
프레스 담금질된 금속 판재를 프레스 뜨임하는 단계(S300);
프레스 뜨임된 금속 판재를 풀림하는 단계(S400);를 포함하여 이루어지되,
상기 레이저 가공된 금속 판재를 프레스 담금질하는 단계(S200)는 금속 판재를 프레스로 누르면서 물로 냉각하지 않고 기름으로 냉각하는 방식인 기름 담금질로 경화시키되, 프레스 담금질의 온도는 820℃ ~ 850℃이고,
상기 프레스 담금질된 금속 판재를 프레스 뜨임하는 단계(S300)는 프레스 담금질 된 금속 판재를 프레스로 누르면서 450℃ ~ 500℃ 온도로 재가열하여 일정 시간 유지한 다음 공냉하는 첫 번째 프레스 뜨임과, 상기 첫 번째 프레스 뜨임을 한 금속 판재를 다시 프레스로 누르면서 재가열하여 일정 시간 유지한 다음 공냉하는 두 번째 프레스 뜨임을 하며, 상기 두 번째 프레스 뜨임의 온도는 첫 번째 프레스 뜨임의 온도보다 10℃ ~ 30℃ 이하의 온도인 것을 특징으로 하는 원형 톱 바디의 열처리 방법.
