Abstract
본 발명에 따른 염료 화합물은 단백질 또는 항체 등과 같은 생체분자에 표지된 후 장시간 보관하더라도 초기의 형광 특성을 그대로 유지할 뿐만 아니라, 온도 및 수분 등의 보관 안정성 측면에서도 뛰어난 효과를 나타낸다.

- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 반응은 N,N-디아이소프로필에틸아민을 추가로 투입하고, 1 내지 20 시간 동안 20 내지 30 ℃의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물의 제조방법.
