Claims (5)
- 복수개의 현무암 섬유 테이프가 적층된 현무암 섬유 테이프 적층체를 포함하되,
상기 현무암 섬유 테이프는,
제1 방향으로 연장하고, 상기 제1 방향과 교차하는 제2 방향으로 이격되어 배열된 현무암 섬유들;
상기 현무암 섬유들을 둘러싸는 열 가소성 수지; 및
상기 현무암 섬유 및 상기 열 가소성 수지를 결합시키는 바인더를 포함하되,
상기 바인더는,
상기 현무암 섬유들과 결합되는 가수분해성 기능 그룹(hydrolyzable functional group); 및
상기 열 가소성 수지와 결합되는 유기 기능 그룹(organic functional group)을 포함하는 현무암 섬유 복합재.
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 현무암 섬유 테이프 적층체는, 복수개의 상기 현무암 섬유 테이프가 열압착된 것을 포함하는 현무암 섬유 복합재.
- 제2 항에 있어서,
열 압착 과정에서, 상기 현무암 섬유 테이프 내의 상기 열 가소성 수지의 적어도 일부가 녹아서, 상기 현무암 섬유 테이프 적층체를 구성하는 것을 포함하는 현무암 섬유 복합재.
- 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 현무암 섬유 테이프 적층체는, 복수개의 상기 현무암 섬유 테이프 사이에 제공된 수지 필름을 더 포함하고,
열 압착 과정에서, 복수개의 상기 현무암 섬유 테이프 사이의 상기 수지 필름의 적어도 일부가 녹아서, 상기 현무암 섬유 테이프 적층체를 구성하는 것을 포함하는 현무암 섬유 복합재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 열 가소성 수지는, 폴리에틸렌(polyethylene), 폴리프로필렌(polypropylene), 폴리카보네이트(polycarbonate), 나일론(nylon), 폴리우레탄(polyurethane), 또는 폴리아미드(polyamide) 중에서 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하고,
상기 현무암 섬유 테이프 적층체를 구성하는 복수의 상기 현무암 섬유 테이프에 포함된 상기 열 가소성 수지의 종류는 서로 다른 것을 포함하는 현무암 섬유 복합재.
