Claims (7)
- 바텀애쉬를 건조하는 제1단계;
상기 제1단계의 바텀애쉬 중 100메쉬이하 입자로 분류 및 수집하는 제2단계;
상기 제2단계의 바텀애쉬 및 무기계바인더를 혼합하여 제1혼합물을 제조하는 제3단계;
상기 제3단계의 상기 제1혼합물에 발포질석을 혼합 교반하여 제2혼합물을 제조하는 제4단계;
상기 제4단계의 상기 제2혼합물을 압축 및 성형하는 제5단계; 및
상기 제5단계의 성형품을 마이크로웨이브를 이용하여 건조하는 제6단계;로 이루어진 바텀애쉬를 포함하는 건축용 보드를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
상기 바텀애쉬는 1 내지 50중량부, 상기 무기계바인더는 0.1 내지 20중량부, 상기 발포질석은 20 내지 100중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 바텀애쉬를 포함하는 건축용 보드를 제조하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제4단계에 공급되는 질석은 0.1 내지 8mm의 입경을 갖도록 분쇄 및 선별하는 분쇄선별단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바텀애쉬를 포함하는 건축용 보드를 제조하는 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제4단계에서 공급되는 발포질석은 상기 질석을 800 내지 1200℃로 가열하여 발포시키는 발포단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바텀애쉬를 포함하는 건축용 보드를 제조하는 방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 무기계바인더는 실리케이트계열, 알루미나계열, 마그네슘계열, 칼륨계열, 나트륨계열 등의 무기접착제 중 어느 하나 또는 2 이상을 혼합할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 바텀애쉬를 포함하는 건축용 보드를 제조하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 바텀애쉬는 화력발전소로부터 생성된 것을 특징으로 하는 바텀애쉬를 포함하는 건축용 보드를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1단계에서 사용되는 바텀애쉬는 함수율을 20-50%로 낮추는 것을 특징으로 하는 바텀애쉬를 포함하는 건축용 보드를 제조하는 방법.
