하이드롤라이즈드케라틴 3 중량부를 준비한 후, 준비된 허브수 중 2 중량부와 혼합 교반하여 혼합액을 제조하는 혼합액제조단계와;
유동층 코팅기를 이용하여 상기 순지트 분말에 상기 혼합액을 유동층 코팅시키되, 유동층 코팅기의 내부로 상기 순지트 분말을 공급하면서, 흡입공기량 5 ~ 15㎥/sec, 투입관 온도 80 ~ 150℃, 분무압력 1.0 ~ 5.0bar, 분무속도 1 ~ 10kg/hr의 유동층코팅 조건 하에서 바텀스프레이 방식으로 혼합액을 분무하면서 유동화를 실시하여 입자 크기 10㎛ 크기의 순지트비드를 제조하는 유동층코팅단계와;
상기 순지트비드와 잔량의 허브수 및 화장료 베이스를 혼합하여 화장료 조성물을 제조하는 화장료제조단계;를 포함하여 구성된,
