Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 하기를 포함하는, ISO 1133 에 따라서 측정한, ≥ 9.0 g/10 min 의 용융 유속 MFR2 (230 ℃) 를 갖는 폴리프로필렌 조성물 (PPC):
a) 2 가지 이상의 헤테로상 프로필렌 공중합체 (HECO), 상기 2 가지 이상의 헤테로상 프로필렌 공중합체 (HECO) 는 조성물의 총 중량에 대해서, 50 wt% 이상의 총량으로 함유되고,
상기 2 가지 이상의 헤테로상 프로필렌 공중합체 (HECO) 는 제 1 헤테로상 프로필렌 공중합체 (HECO-1) 및 제 2 헤테로상 프로필렌 공중합체 (HECO-2) 를 포함하고, 또한 상기 제 1 헤테로상 프로필렌 공중합체 (HECO-1) 와 제 2 헤테로상 프로필렌 공중합체 (HECO-2) 의 중량비 [(HECO-1)/(HECO-2)] 가 3/1 내지 1/2 의 범위임,
b) ISO 1133 에 따라서 측정한, < 0.5 g/10 min 의 용융 유속 MFR2 (190 ℃) 를 갖는, 에틸렌-α-올레핀 탄성중합체 (EOE),
c) 에틸렌-α-올레핀 탄성중합체 (EOE) 의 MFR2 에 대한, 2 가지 이상의 헤테로상 프로필렌 공중합체 (HECO) 중 하나 이상의 MFR2 의 비 [MFR2(HECO) / MFR2(EOE)] 는, 2/1 내지 100/1 의 범위임,
d) ISO 1628-1 (데칼린) 에 따라서 측정한, 2 가지 이상의 헤테로상 프로필렌 공중합체 (HECO) 중 하나 이상의 자일렌 저온 가용성 (XCS) 분획의 고유 점도 (IV) 는, ≥ 2.5 dl/g 임,
e) 제 1 헤테로상 프로필렌 공중합체 (HECO-1) 가 ISO 1133 에 따라서 측정한, 50 - 500 g/10 min 의 용융 유속 MFR2 (230 ℃)을 가짐, 및
f) 제 2 헤테로상 프로필렌 공중합체 (HECO-2) 가 ISO 1133 에 따라서 측정한, 0.5 - 20 g/10 min 의 용융 유속 MFR2 (230 ℃)을 가짐. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 조성물의 총 중량에 대해서,
하기 중 하나 이상을 특징으로 하는, 폴리프로필렌 조성물 (PPC):
a) 2 가지 이상의 헤테로상 프로필렌 공중합체 (HECO) 가 55 - 85 wt% 의 총량으로 함유됨, 및
b) 에틸렌-α-올레핀 탄성중합체 (EOE) 가 5 - 25 wt% 의 양으로 함유됨. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 조성물의 총 중량에 대해서,
하기 중 하나 이상을 특징으로 하는, 폴리프로필렌 조성물 (PPC):
a) 제 1 헤테로상 프로필렌 공중합체 (HECO-1) 가 20 - 75 wt% 의 양으로 함유됨, 및
b) 제 2 헤테로상 프로필렌 공중합체 (HECO-2) 가 15 - 50 wt% 의 양으로 함유됨. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 헤테로상 프로필렌 공중합체 (HECO-1) 가 하기 중 하나 이상을 갖는, 폴리프로필렌 조성물 (PPC):
a) 10.0 내지 30.0 wt% 의 자일렌 저온 가용성 분획 (XCS),
b) 75.0 내지 97.0 wt% 의 전체 프로필렌 함량,
c) 55.0 내지 75.0 wt% 의, 자일렌 저온 가용성 (XCS) 분획 중의 프로필렌 함량, 및
d) ISO 1268-1 (데칼린) 에 따라서 측정한, 1.5 - 4.0 dl/g 의 자일렌 저온 가용성 (XCS) 분획의 고유 점도 (IV). - 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 2 헤테로상 프로필렌 공중합체 (HECO-2) 가 하기 중 하나 이상을 갖는, 폴리프로필렌 조성물 (PPC):
a) 10.0 내지 30.0 wt% 의 자일렌 저온 가용성 분획 (XCS),
b) 70.0 내지 95.0 wt% 의 전체 프로필렌 함량,
c) 50.0 내지 70.0 wt% 의, 자일렌 저온 가용성 (XCS) 분획 중의 프로필렌 함량, 및
d) ISO 1268-1 (데칼린) 에 따라서 측정한, 3.0 - 5.0 dl/g 의 자일렌 저온 가용성 (XCS) 분획의 고유 점도 (IV). - 제 1 항에 있어서, 에틸렌-α-올레핀 탄성중합체 (EOE) 가 하기 중 하나 이상을 특징으로 하는, 폴리프로필렌 조성물 (PPC):
a) ISO 1183-1 에 따라서 측정한, ≤ 870 ㎏/㎥, 또는 850 - 870 ㎏/㎥ 의 밀도, 및
b) 에틸렌-α-올레핀 탄성중합체 (EOE) 의 α-올레핀 공단량체가 C4-C10 α-올레핀, 또는 1-부텐 또는 1-헥센 또는 1-옥텐임. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 조성물 (PPC) 이
10 wt% 이하의 양의 강화 무기 충전제 (F)
를 포함하는, 폴리프로필렌 조성물 (PPC). - 제 7 항에 있어서, 무기 충전제 (F) 가 하기 중 하나 이상을 특징으로 하는, 폴리프로필렌 조성물 (PPC):
a) 필로실리케이트, 마이카 또는 규회석에서 선택되거나, 또는 마이카, 규회석, 카올리나이트, 스멕타이트, 몬모릴로나이트 및 탈크로 이루어진 군에서 선택되거나, 또는 탈크임; 및
b) 0.8 내지 25.0 ㎛, 또는 2.5 내지 15.0 ㎛ 의 평균 입자 크기 d50 을 가짐. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
하기 중 하나 이상을 특징으로 하는, 폴리프로필렌 조성물 (PPC):
a) 폴리프로필렌 조성물 (PPC) 이 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 (HDPE) 을 함유하지 않음, 및
b) 폴리프로필렌 조성물 (PPC) 이 무기 블로킹 방지제를 함유하지 않음. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리프로필렌 조성물 (PPC) 을 포함하는 자동차 용품.
