- 자동차의 휠이 고정될 수 있는 회전 가능한 내부링(1)과,
- 차량에 고정되는 고정형 외부링(2)과,
- 회전 가능한 내부링(1)에 할당된 인코더(4)와,
- 고정형 외부링(2)에 배치된 커버(3)를 구비하고,
이때, 센서 수용부(8)는 커버(3) 내에 제공되는 그루브에 의해 형성되고, 상기 그루브는 인코더(4)에 대향하여 배치되며, 인코더(4)를 향한 그루브의 측면은 인코더(4)와 센서 사이의 교번 자장을 위한 투과성 분리벽(7)에 의해 폐쇄된다.

Claims (10)
- 휠의 회전 운동을 센서링하는 센서를 수용하기 위한 센서 수용부(8)를 갖는 휠 베어링이며, 상기 휠 베어링은
- 자동차의 휠이 고정될 수 있는 회전 가능한 내부링(1)과,
- 차량에 고정되는 고정형 외부링(2)과,
- 회전 가능한 내부링(1)에 할당된 인코더(4)와,
- 고정형 외부링(2)에 배치된 커버(3)를 구비한 휠 베어링에 있어서,
센서 수용부(8)는 커버(3) 내에 제공되는 그루브에 의해 형성되고, 상기 그루브는 인코더(4)에 대향하여 배치되며, 인코더(4)를 향한 그루브의 측면은 인코더(4)와 센서 사이의 교번 자장을 위한 투과성 분리벽(7)에 의해 폐쇄되고,
커버(3)는 플라스틱으로 형성되고 플라스틱보다 강도가 더 높은 보강부(9, 11)에 의해 형태 안정화되며,
보강부(9, 11)는 박벽의 금속 성형품에 의해 형성되고,
금속 성형품은 하나 이상의 실린더형 링 섹션을 포함하고, 상기 링 섹션에서 반경 방향 외부로 또는 내부로 돌출하는 리베이트 섹션(10)으로 성형되며, 리베이트 섹션(10)의 영역에서는 커버(3)를 형성하는 플라스틱에 의해 인서트 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 센서 수용부를 갖는 휠 베어링. - 제1항에 있어서, 분리벽(7)은 비강자성 금속 재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 센서 수용부를 갖는 휠 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 커버(3)와 분리벽(7)은 일체형으로 플라스틱으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 센서 수용부를 갖는 휠 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 커버(3)는 보강부(9, 11)에 의해 휠 베어링의 외부링(2)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 센서 수용부를 갖는 휠 베어링.
- 제4항에 있어서, 보강부(9, 11)는 커버(3)의 가장자리를 지나 돌출하거나 내부로 튀어나온 링 섹션을 포함하고, 상기 링 섹션에 의해 커버(3)는 외부링(2)의 링 실린더형 연장부(12)에 접하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 센서 수용부를 갖는 휠 베어링.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 및 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분리벽(7)은 보강부(9, 11)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 센서 수용부를 갖는 휠 베어링.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인코더(4)는 원주에 걸쳐 교번하는 자화를 갖는 다중 극 인코더인 것을 특징으로 하는, 센서 수용부를 갖는 휠 베어링.
