- 복수개의 발광 영역 및 상기 각 발광 영역을 연결하도록 개구되어 형성되는 연결 영역이 형성되는 비발광 영역층을 형성하는 제 1 단계;
상기 복수개의 발광 영역 및 상기 연결 영역을 제외한 상기 비발광 영역층 상에 봉지층을 형성하는 제 2 단계;
상기 발광 영역에 유기 발광층을 형성하는 제 3 단계;
상기 각 발광 영역 및 상기 연결 영역에 대향 전극을 형성하고 상기 대향 전극과 상기 봉지층이 직접 접촉하도록 상기 봉지층을 용융시켜 상기 대향 전극을 실링하는 제 4 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 봉지층은 섬 형태 또는 스트립 형태로 상기 비발광 영역층에 패터닝되는 디스플레이 패널의 제조방법. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 단계는,
상기 발광 영역 및 상기 연결 영역을 차단하는 마스크를 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 마스크를 통하여 상기 비발광 영역층에 상기 봉지층을 패터닝하는 단계;를 구비하는 디스플레이 패널의 제조방법. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 봉지층은 상기 비발광 영역층의 적어도 일부분에 형성하는 디스플레이 패널의 제조방법. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 제 4 단계에서 상기 제 1 기판을 지면에 대해서 일정 각도로 기울이는 디스플레이 패널의 제조방법. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 제 4 단계에서 200℃이하로 상기 봉지층을 용융시키는 디스플레이 패널의 제조방법. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 대향 전극은,
상기 각 유기 발광층 상에 형성되는 복수개의 제 1 대향 전극; 및
복수개의 상기 제 1 대향 전극을 서로 연결하는 제 2 대향 전극;을 포함하는 디스플레이 패널의 제조방법. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 봉지층은 저 액상 온도 물질(Low liquidus temperature material)인 디스플레이 패널의 제조방법. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 저 액상 온도 물질은 주석 플로오르인산염 유리(tin fluorophosphates glass), 텅스텐-도핑된 주석 플로오르인산염 유리(tungsten-doped tin fluorophosphates glass), 칼코겐 유리(chalcogenide glass), 아텔루산염 유리(tellurite glass), 붕산염 유리(borate glass) 및 인산염유리(phosphate glass) 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 디스플레이 패널의 제조방법. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 주석 플로오르인산염 유리는 20-80 중량%의 주석(Sn), 2-20중량%의 인(P), 3-20중량%의 산소(O) 및 10-36중량%의 플로오르(F)를 포함하는 디스플레이 패널의 제조방법. - 삭제
