Claims (19)
- 차량의 외부에 장착되도록 구성되고 상기 차량 주변의 적어도 하나의 시야에 대한 이미지를 캡쳐하도록 구성된 적어도 하나의 이미지 캡쳐 유닛(2),
운전자가 볼 수 있도록 구성된 적어도 하나의 이미지 디스플레이 유닛(7),
상기 운전자로부터의 정보 입력을 검출하도록 구성된 적어도 하나의 운전자 센서(4),
상기 적어도 하나의 운전자 센서(4)에 의해 수신된 운전자 파라미터(8)에 기초하여 재 포맷 파라미터(10)를 제어하도록 구성된 동작 제어기(3), 및
상기 재 포맷 파라미터(10)에 따라 상기 적어도 하나의 이미지 캡쳐 유닛(2)으로부터 수신된 비디오 데이터를 재포맷하도록 구성되고 재 포맷된 비디오 데이터를 표시하기 위한 상기 적어도 하나의 이미지 디스플레이 유닛(7)에 전달하도록 구성된 이미지 캡쳐 유닛 제어기(6)를 포함하고,
상기 동작 제어기(3)는, 비디오 데이터가 상기 재포맷 파라미터(10)를 이용하여 재 포맷될 때, 미러 대체 시스템(1)이 사전에 정의된 동작 범위 내에 있는지 여부를 실시간으로 계산하기 위해 상기 운전자 파라미터(8)를 이용하도록 구성되며,
상기 동작 제어기(3)는, 상기 미러 대체 시스템(1)의 동작을 동작 범위 내로 유지하기 위해, 상기 재포맷 파라미터(10)를 제어하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량, 바람직하게 상용 차량을 위한 미러 대체 시스템(1). - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미러 대체 시스템(1)은, 상기 미러 대체 시스템(1)의 동작을 상기 동작 범위 내로 유지하기 위해, 상기 재 포맷 파라미터(10)의 재 포맷 범위를 설정하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량을 위한 미러 대체 시스템(1).
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이미지 캡쳐 유닛 제어기(6)와 상기 동작 제어기(3) 중 적어도 하나는 상기 재 포맷 파라미터(10)의 상기 재 포맷 범위를 정의하도록 더 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량을 위한 미러 대체 시스템(1).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 시야는 기본 외부 미러의 시야와 광각 외부 미러의 시야 중 적어도 하나에 대응하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량을 위한 미러 대체 시스템(1).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 동작 범위는 시야 및 차량 크기를 표시하기 위한 하나 이상의 법적 요구사항에 기초하여 정의되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량을 위한 미러 대체 시스템(1).
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 재 포맷 범위는 사용자 입력, 해상도, 콘트라스트(contrast) 설정, 부가적인 그래픽 입력, 오버레이 입력 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 정의되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량을 위한 미러 대체 시스템(1).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 차량으로부터 차량 파라미터 정보를 검출하도록 구성된 적어도 하나의 차량 센서(5)를 더 포함하고,
상기 동작 제어기(3)는 상기 적어도 하나의 차량 센서(5)로부터 수신된 차량 파라미터(9)에 기초하여 상기 재 포맷 파라미터(10)를 제어하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량을 위한 미러 대체 시스템(1). - 제7항에 있어서, 상기 차량 파라미터(9)는, 차량 운전 방향, 차량 속도, 차량 위치, 트레일러의 존재 유무, 상기 트레일러의 운전자 제어 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량을 위한 미러 대체 시스템(1).

- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 동작 제어기(3)와 상기 이미지 캡쳐 유닛 제어기(6) 중 적어도 하나는 외부 서버로부터 교통 정보 데이터를 수신하는 구성과 표시 정보를 생성하기 위하여 상기 교통 정보 데이터를 이용하는 구성 중 적어도 하나로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량을 위한 미러 대체 시스템(1).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 동작 제어기(3)와 상기 이미지 캡쳐 유닛 제어기(6) 중 적어도 하나는 하나 이상의 거리 센서 유닛으로부터 부가적인 센서 데이터를 수신하는 구성과 표시 정보를 생성하기 위해 상기 부가적인 센서 데이터를 이용하는 구성 중 적어도 하나로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량을 위한 미러 대체 시스템(1).
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 동작 제어기(3)와 상기 이미지 캡쳐 유닛 제어기(6) 중 적어도 하나는 안전 정보에 기초하여 상기 재 포맷 파라미터(10)에 대한 상기 재 포맷 범위를 정의하도록 구성되고, 상기 동작 제어기(3)와 상기 이미지 캡쳐 유닛 제어기(6) 중 적어도 하나는 표시 정보를 생성하기 위한 상기 안전 정보를 이용하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량을 위한 미러 대체 시스템(1).
