Claims (10)
- 적어도 투명 기판과 구조체층을 갖고,
상기 구조체층은, 표면에 볼록부 및 오목부의 적어도 어느 것을 갖고, 인접하는 상기 볼록부의 평균 거리 또는 인접하는 상기 오목부의 평균 거리가, 가시광의 파장 이하이고,
상기 구조체층이, 활성 에너지선 경화성 수지 조성물의 중합물로 이루어지고,
상기 활성 에너지선 경화성 수지 조성물이, (메트)아크릴로일기 함유 중합성 화합물의 조성물을 포함하고,
상기 (메트)아크릴로일기 함유 중합성 화합물의 조성물이, 이하의 (A), (B), 및 (C) 의 각각 1 종류 이상을 함유하고,
(A) 단관능 (메트)아크릴로일기 함유 중합성 화합물
(B) 알킬렌글리콜의 디(메트)아크릴레이트
(C) 3 관능 이상의 (메트)아크릴레이트
상기 (A) 의 단관능 (메트)아크릴로일기 함유 중합성 화합물로서, 이하 (A-1), 또는 이하 (A-2) 를 만족하고,
(A-1) 구조 중에 질소를 갖는 질소 함유 단관능 (메트)아크릴로일기 함유 중합성 화합물을 함유하고, 구조 중에 질소를 가지지 않는 질소 비함유 단관능 (메트)아크릴로일기 함유 중합성 화합물은 함유하지 않고, 상기 질소 함유 단관능 (메트)아크릴로일기 함유 중합성 화합물의 상기 활성 에너지선 경화성 수지 조성물 중에 있어서의 함유량이 20 질량% 이상임
(A-2) 구조 중에 질소를 갖는 질소 함유 단관능 (메트)아크릴로일기 함유 중합성 화합물과, 구조 중에 질소를 가지지 않는 질소 비함유 단관능 (메트)아크릴로일기 함유 중합성 화합물을 함유하고, 상기 질소 함유 단관능 (메트)아크릴로일기 함유 중합성 화합물의 상기 활성 에너지선 경화성 수지 조성물 중에 있어서의 함유량이 20 질량% 이상이고, 상기 질소 비함유 단관능 (메트)아크릴로일기 함유 중합성 화합물의 상기 활성 에너지선 경화성 수지 조성물 중에 있어서의 함유량이 22 질량% 이하임
또한 상기 구조체층의 150 ℃ 에 있어서의 저장 탄성률 E'150 과 50 ℃ 에 있어서의 저장 탄성률 E'50 의 비 (E'150/E'50) 가, 0.5 이하이고,
상기 3 관능 이상의 (메트)아크릴레이트의 상기 활성 에너지선 경화성 수지 조성물 중에 있어서의 함유량이, 5 질량% 내지 24 질량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 적층체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 질소 함유 단관능 (메트)아크릴로일기 함유 중합성 화합물이, 질소를 포함하는 고리형 구조를 분자 중에 갖는, 투명 적층체. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 질소 함유 단관능 (메트)아크릴로일기 함유 중합성 화합물이, 아크릴로일모르폴린인, 투명 적층체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 질소 비함유 단관능 (메트)아크릴로일기 함유 중합성 화합물이, 산소를 포함하는 고리형 구조를 분자 중에 갖는, 투명 적층체. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 질소 비함유 단관능 (메트)아크릴로일기 함유 중합성 화합물이, 테트라하이드로푸르푸릴아크릴레이트인, 투명 적층체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (C) 3 관능 이상의 (메트)아크릴레이트가, 3 관능의 (메트)아크릴레이트인, 투명 적층체. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 (C) 3 관능 이상의 (메트)아크릴레이트가, 3 관능의 (메트)아크릴레이트와 3 관능 이상의 우레탄아크릴레이트인, 투명 적층체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 구조체층의 표면의 물 접촉각이 26°이상인, 투명 적층체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 투명 기판의 면내 리타데이션치가 20 ㎚ 이하인, 투명 적층체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 투명 적층체를 사용한 안면용 광학 소자.
