Claims (8)
- i) 에틸렌적 불포화 비이온성 모노머의 구조단위를 가지는 폴리머 입자의 안정한 수성 분산물;
ii) 코팅 조성물의 총 중량에 기초한 건조 중량으로, 5% 내지 50%의, 이산화티탄, 산화아연, 황화아연, 황산바륨, 탄산바륨 및 리소폰으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 안료, 및
iii) 코팅 조성물의 총 중량에 기초한 건조 중량으로, 2% 내지 25%의 적어도 하나의 콜로이드성 실리카를 포함하며,
상기 ii)의 안료는 안료의 총 중량에 기초해, 30% 내지 100%의 폴리머-캡슐화된 안료를 포함하는,
수성 코팅 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 캡슐화 폴리머의 평균 쉘 두께가 10 나노미터 내지 200 나노미터이고, 최소 막형성 온도(MFFT)가 -35℃ 내지 60℃인 수성 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 캡슐화 폴리머가 에틸렌적 불포화 비이온성 모노머의 구조단위로 구성된 수성 코팅 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 캡슐화 폴리머가 카복실, 카복실산 무수물, 하이드록실, 아미드, 아민, 설포네이트, 포스포네이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 작용성 그룹을 가지는 에틸렌적 불포화 모노머의 구조단위를 상기 캡슐화 폴리머의 건조 중량에 기초한 중량 백분율로 0.1% 내지 10% 포함하는 수성 코팅 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 캡슐화 폴리머 입자의 건조 중량에 기초한 중량 백분율로 0.1% 내지 5%의 적어도 하나의 계면활성제를 추가로 포함하는 수성 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 안료가 이산화티탄인 수성 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 콜로이드성 실리카가 침전 실리카, 마이크로 실리카, 발열성(pyrogenic) 실리카, 실리카 겔, 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 유래된 것인, 수성 코팅 조성물.
