Claims (17)
- 클램핑 척(10)의 보디(11) 내에 배치되며 생크-타입 연장(15)의 축 방향 삽입을 위한 수용 개구부를 갖는 리셉터클,
적어도 부분적으로 중앙 리셉터클 내에 배치되는 리듀싱 슬리브(12), 및
중앙 리셉터클 단면의 적어도 국부적 감소를 위한 클램핑 장치(18)를 포함하는 공작기계용 클램핑 척(10)에 있어서, 상기 클램핑 척(10)은 팽창 클램핑 척이고,
클램핑 척(10)이 클램핑되었을 때 및 클램핑 척(10)이 클램핑되지 않았을 때 양쪽 모두의 경우에 수용 개구부에 대한 리듀싱 슬리브(12)의 정의된 배치를 규정하는 고정 장치가 제공되고,
상기 고정 장치는 수용 개구부 내에서 리듀싱 슬리브(12)의 비틀림 운동을 제한하는 항-비틀림 고정 수단(17)을 가지거나, 상기 고정 장치는 수용 개구부 내에서 리듀싱 슬리브(12)의 변위를 제한하는 축방향 고정 수단을 가지거나, 상기 고정 장치는 수용 개구부 내에서 리듀싱 슬리브(12)의 비틀림 운동을 제한하는 항-비틀림 고정 수단(17) 및 리듀싱 슬리브(12)의 변위를 제한하는 축방향 고정 수단을 가지며,
수용 개구부 내에서 리듀싱 슬리브(12)의 비틀림 또는 변위의 제한은 탄성 동작으로 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계용 클램핑 척(10). - 제1항에 있어서, 수용 개구부에 대한 리듀싱 슬리브(12)의 정의된 배치에 있어서, 리듀싱 슬리브와 수용 개구부 또는 클램핑 척(10)의 편심이 보상적인 방식으로 상호 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계용 클램핑 척(10).
- 제2항에 있어서, 하나 또는 그 이상의 리듀싱 슬리브(12) 및 클램핑 척(10)은 마킹을 가지며, 이에 기준하여 편심이 상호 조정되는 배치가 특정될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계용 클램핑 척(10).

- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 리듀싱 슬리브는 수용 개구부의 표면을 마주하는 측면에, 리듀싱 슬리브의 회전 축에 평행하게 연장되며 리듀싱 슬리브의 양쪽 표면(two face sides)에서부터 연장되고 서로 병합되지 않는 그루브들을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계용 클램핑 척(10).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섕크-타입 연장(15)을 위한 부차적인 쿨링이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계용 클램핑 척(10).
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 부차적인 쿨링은 섕크-타입 연장(15) 상에 노즐-유사한 양식으로 향하거나 방향을 전환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계용 클램핑 척(10).
- 제9항에 있어서, 부차적인 쿨링을 위해 제공되는 냉매는 섕크-타입 연장의 섕크 및 커팅 에지를 따라 평행한 방향으로 향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계용 클램핑 척(10).
- 제9항에 있어서, 하나 또는 그 이상의 클램핑 장치(18) 및 리듀싱 슬리브(12)는 냉매의 통과를 위한 하나 또는 그 이상의 슬롯들, 하나 또는 그 이상의 보어들 또는 하나 또는 그 이상의 개구부들을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계용 클램핑 척(10).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고정 장치는 섕크-타입 연장(15)을 위한 리드스루 개구부를 갖는 커버(13)이며, 상기 커버는 수용 개구부가 제공되어 리듀싱 슬리브가 중앙 리셉터클 내에 고정되는 클램핑 척(10)의 부분 위에 체결되며, 상기 커버(13)는 클램핑 척(10)의 보디(11)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계용 클램핑 척(10).
- 제13항에 있어서, 커버(13)가 비-분리적으로 클램핑, 가열수축조립(shrink-fitting), 용접 또는 브레이징 또는 포지티브 록킹 디텐트 액션에 의해 클램핑 척(10)의 보디(11)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계용 클램핑 척(10).
- 제13항에 있어서, 커버(13)가 클램핑 척(10)의 하나 또는 그 이상의 보디(11) 및 리듀싱 슬리브(12) 보다 강한 강도의 물질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계용 클램핑 척(10).
- 제13항에 있어서, 커버(13)가 TiN으로 코팅된 금색 또는 대조되는 색깔(contrasting color)인 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계용 클램핑 척(10).
