Claims (12)
- (a) 다중불포화 지방산 함유 용매 오일을 가열하는 단계;
(b) 상기 가열된 용매 오일에 조류(Algae)를 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;
(c) 상기 혼합물을 열처리하는 단계; 및
(d) 상기 열처리된 혼합물로부터 액체 지방 조성물을 수득하는 단계;를 포함하되,
상기 (b) 단계에서 상기 조류와 상기 가열된 용매 오일을 1:3~5 중량비로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조류로부터 유도된 다중불포화 지방산을 포함하는 액체 지방 조성물의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 다중불포화 지방산 함유 용매 오일은,
압착법 또는 추출법으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조류로부터 유도된 다중불포화 지방산을 포함하는 액체 지방 조성물의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 (a) 단계는,
상기 다중불포화 지방산 함유 용매 오일을 40 ~ 60 ℃로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조류로부터 유도된 다중불포화 지방산을 포함하는 액체 지방 조성물의 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 조류는 건조시킨 건조체인 것을 특징으로 하는 조류로부터 유도된 다중불포화 지방산을 포함하는 액체 지방 조성물의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 (c) 단계는,
상기 혼합물을 40 ~ 65 ℃에서 2 ~ 4 시간 동안 교반하여 층분리시킨 후, 50 ~ 65 ℃에서 10 ~ 14 시간 동안 더 교반하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조류로부터 유도된 다중불포화 지방산을 포함하는 액체 지방 조성물의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 (d) 단계는,
2,500 ~ 3,500 rpm에서 5 ~ 20 분 동안 원심분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조류로부터 유도된 다중불포화 지방산을 포함하는 액체 지방 조성물의 제조방법. - 1종 이상의 조류로부터 유도된 다중불포화 지방산을 포함하며,
상기 조류로부터 유도된 다중불포화 지방산은 다중불포화 지방산 함유 오일을 용매로 하여,
상기 조류와 상기 다중불포화 지방산 함유 오일을 1:3~5 중량비로 혼합하여 추출된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조류로부터 유도된 다중불포화 지방산을 포함하는 액체 지방 조성물. - 제 8항에 있어서,
2.9 mg/100 g ~ 29.8 mg/100 g의 엽록소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조류로부터 유도된 다중불포화 지방산을 포함하는 액체 지방 조성물. - 제 8항에 있어서,
상기 조류로부터 유도된 다중불포화 지방산은,
팔미틱산, 팔미톨레익산, 올레익산, 리놀레익산, 및 리놀렌산으로 이루어진 그룹 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조류로부터 유도된 다중불포화 지방산을 포함하는 액체 지방 조성물. - 삭제
- 제 8항 내지 10항 중 어느 한 항의 액체 지방 조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 생성물.
