위사로 사용되는 편평형 이형단면사의 에어텍스쳐링사는 편평형 이형단면사를 원사로 하여 에어텍스쳐링한 것이다. 편평형 이형단면사는 도 2에 두시된 바와 같은 편평형 이형단면사로서 원형단면사 대비 커버팩터가 2.7배이상 높게 제직될 수 있어서 제직 후 평활가공시 고밀도 효과가 발현될 수 있다. 또한, 원사간에 슬립이 발생하지 않아 중첩효과로 인해 비침방지성 및 방풍성이 우수하다. 또한, 이형단면사의 구조에 의해 빛의 난반사가 발생되어 차광성이 증가하며, 후술할 코팅으로 인한 자외선 차단효과가 있어 커튼 등의 인테리어 용도에 훌륭하게 적용될 수 있다. 경사는 나일론사와 저융점사를 교호로 사용하여 형태안정성을 향상시킨다. 본 발명의 직물은 후염에 의한 처리보다 위사 사염에 의한 염색을 하는 것이 태안정성과 표면 시와(얼룩) 방지에 바람직하다. 사염한 편평형 이형단면사의 에어텍스쳐링사를 위사로 사용하고 경사는 사염한 나일론사와 저융점사를 교호로 공급하여 제직한 후, 아크릴계수지 52.8중량%, 인계난연제 32.5중량%, 정포제 2.0중량%, 기포제 2.0중량%, 백색안료 10.2중량% 및 증점제 0.4중량%를 함유하는 코팅액을 준비한 후, 코팅액을 폼제네레이터를 이용하여 물리적으로 기포를 형성한 후 직물에 j나이프코팅방식으로 두께 0.4mm의 폼 피막이 형성되도록 코팅한 후, 텐터기에서 140~150℃로 큐어링하여 본발명의 롤스크린용 암막직물을 제조하였다. 제조된 암막직물의 물성시험을 하여 표 1에 나타내었다.
