Description
Claims (24)
- i) 화합물 R9 zMgX2-z 를 알콕시- 또는 아릴옥시-함유 실란 화합물과 접촉시켜 제1 중간 반응 산물을 제공하는 단계로서, 상기 화학식에서, R9는 탄소 원자를 20개 이하로 함유하는 방향족, 지방족 또는 고리지방족 기이고, X는 할라이드이고, z는 0보다 크고 2보다 작은 범위인, 단계;
ii) 상기 제1 중간 반응 산물을, 전자 공여체 및 M은 Ti, Zr, Hf, Al 또는 Si인 화학식 M(OR10)v-w(OR11)w 및 M은 Si인 화학식 M(OR10)v-w(R11)w로 표시되는 화합물들로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 활성화 화합물과 접촉시켜 제2 중간 반응 산물을 제공하는 단계로서, 상기 화학식들 각각에서, R10 및 R11은 독립적으로 알킬, 알케닐 또는 아릴 기를 나타내고, v는 M의 원자가이며, v는 3 또는 4이고, w는 v보다 작은 것인, 단계; 및
iii) 상기 제2 중간 반응 산물을 할로겐-함유 Ti 화합물, 활성화제로서 모노에스테르, 내부 전자 공여체로서 1,3-디에테르, 및 경우에 따라 추가 내부 전자 공여체로서 디에스테르와 접촉시키는 단계
를 포함하는, 올레핀 중합용 촉매 성분을 제조하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 활성화 화합물이 상기 M은 Si인 화학식 M(OR10)v-w(R11)w로 표시되는 화합물들로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택되는 것인, 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 1,3-디에테르가 C1 내지 C10 탄소 원자를 가진 치환체가 있거나 없는 플루오레닐 리간드를 보유하는 1,3-디에테르로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 것인, 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 1,3-디에테르가 9,9-비스-메톡시메틸-플루오렌인, 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계 iii)의 상기 1,3-디에테르와 Mg의 몰 비가 0.03 내지 0.3인, 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 모노에스테르가 C1-C10 탄소 원자를 가진 지방족 모노카르복시산의 에스테르인, 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계 iii)의 상기 모노에스테르와 Mg의 몰 비가 0.05 내지 0.5인, 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계 iii)의 상기 모노에스테르와 Mg의 몰 비가 0.15 내지 0.25인, 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 디에스테르가 C1-C10 지방족 치환된 프탈레이트인, 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 디에스테르가 디부틸 프탈레이트인, 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계 iii)의 상기 디에스테르와 Mg의 몰 비가 0.03 내지 0.15인, 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 알코올과 티타늄 알콕사이드가 단계 ii)에서 첨가되는 것인, 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 중간 반응 산물이 상기 할로겐-함유 Ti 화합물과 접촉되고, 그 다음 상기 모노에스테르가 첨가되며, 그 다음 상기 내부 전자 공여체로서 상기 1,3-디에테르와 그 다음 경우에 따라 상기 추가 내부 전자 공여체로서 상기 디에스테르가 첨가되는 것인, 방법.
- 제1항에 기재된 방법으로 수득할 수 있는 촉매 성분으로서, Ti, Mg, 할로겐, 활성화제로서 모노에스테르, 내부 전자 공여체로서 1,3-디에테르 및 경우에 따라 추가 내부 전자 공여체로서 디에스테르를 함유하는 촉매 성분.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 모노에스테르가 4.0wt% 미만의 양으로 존재하는 것인, 촉매 성분.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 상기 모노에스테르가 최대 3.5wt%의 양으로 존재하는 것인, 촉매 성분.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 기재된 촉매 성분, 공촉매 및 경우에 따라 외부 전자 공여체를 함유하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매 시스템.
- 제17항에 있어서, 외부 공여체가 존재하지 않는 올레핀 중합용 촉매 시스템.
- 제1항에 기재된 촉매 성분을 제조하는 방법에 의해 제조된 촉매 성분을 함유하는 촉매 시스템과 올레핀을 접촉시켜 폴리올레핀을 제조하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀이 프로필렌인 방법.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 올레핀 중합에 사용되는, 촉매 성분.
- 제19항에 기재된 폴리올레핀을 제조하는 방법에 의해 수득하거나 수득할 수 있는 폴리올레핀.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀이 폴리프로필렌인, 폴리올레핀.
