Claims (8)
- 실록산 결합을 포함하는 실리콘이 함침된 합성수지가 다층의 구조로 적층되어 난연재를 포함하는 폼구조로 형성된 다공질 패드의 단위 인치 당 기공의 수와 두께를 조절함으로써, 진동과 소음을 감소시키되, 상기 다공질 패드는 단위 인치 당 기공의 수가 50 내지 90 개이며, 5T 내지 20T의 두께를 구비하고,
상기 다공질 패드를 액추에이터 커버 내의 공간에 맞도록 접은 뒤 쌓거나, 상기 액추에이터 커버 내의 공간에 맞도록 단일층을 적층하여 복수 층으로 형성한 적층구조를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 및 소음 감소를 위한 액추에이터 커버용 다공질 패드.

상기 합성수지는, 비중이 0.05 내지 0.15인 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 및 소음 감소를 위한 액추에이터 커버용 다공질 패드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 합성수지는, 상기 실리콘 함침의 비율이 80 내지 95%인 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 및 소음 감소를 위한 액추에이터 커버용 다공질 패드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 액추에이터 커버용 다공질 패드는, 목표로 하는 진동 및 소음 감소를 위해 다공질 패드를 적층하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 및 소음 감소를 위한 액추에이터 커버용 다공질 패드.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항의 진동 및 소음 감소를 위한 액추에이터 커버용 다공질 패드를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 엔진의 진공 펌프.
