도 4는 본 발명의 액정 텔레비전용 방열 시스템 중 증기 챔버의 개략적인 단면도이다.
Claims (17)
- 방열 프로파일, 상기 방열 프로파일의 수평 바닥면에 접착되는 LED 라이트 바, 상기 LED 라이트 바와 방열 프로파일의 내부 직립면 사이에 설치되어 방열 프로파일의 부착에 제공되는 백보드, 상기 방열 프로파일의 외부 직립면에 접착되는 증기 챔버, 방열 프로파일로부터 멀리 떨어진 상기 증기 챔버의 일측에 로킹되는 방열핀, 및 증기 챔버로부터 멀리 떨어진 상기 방열핀의 일측에 부착되는 복수 개의 팬을 포함하고, 상기 증기 챔버는 내부가 진공이고 냉매가 충전되는 중공 시트이고, 상기 증기 챔버의 내부는 메시구조 또는 미세 다공성 구조이며, 상기 증기 챔버와 상기 방열핀은 상기 LED 라이트 바의 연장방향을 따라 설치되고, 복수 개의 팬은 상기 LED 라이트 바의 연장방향을 따라 배열되는 액정 텔레비전용 방열 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방열 프로파일은 알루미늄 압출 또는 구리 프로파일인 액정 텔레비전용 방열 시스템.
