Abstract
(해결 수단) 밸브부의 개변도에 따라 가변 용량 압축기의 유량 또는 압력을 제어하는 용량 제어 밸브(1)에 있어서, 제1 밸브실(14), 제2 밸브실(15) 및 내부 공간(16)을 갖는 밸브 본체(10)와, 제1 밸브실(14)과 내부 공간(16)을 연통하는 중간 연통로(26), 제1 밸브실(14)에 배열 형성되는 제1 밸브부(21c1), 내부 공간(16)과 제2 밸브실(15)과의 연통을 개폐하는 제2 밸브부(21b1), 및, 내부 공간에 배열 형성되는 축부(21a)를 갖는 밸브체(21)와, 솔레노이드(30)와, 내부 공간에 배치되는 감압체(22)와, 내부 공간(16)에 배열 형성되고 내부 공간(16)과 중간 연통로(26)를 연통하는 보조 연통부(21f)를 구비한다.

Claims (8)
- 밸브부의 개변도(開弁度)에 따라 유량 또는 압력을 제어하는 용량 제어 밸브에 있어서,
제어 압력의 유체를 통과시키는 제3 연통로와 연통하는 내부 공간, 토출 압력의 유체를 통과시키는 제2 연통로에 연통함과 아울러 상기 내부 공간과 연통하는 밸브공 및 당해 밸브공에 배열 형성되는 제2 밸브 시트를 갖는 제2 밸브실, 및, 흡입 압력의 유체를 통과시키는 제1 연통로에 연통함과 아울러 제1 밸브 시트를 갖는 제3 밸브실을 갖는 밸브 본체와,
상기 내부 공간과 상기 제1 연통로에 연통하는 중간 연통로, 상기 제2 밸브 시트와 이접(離接)하여 상기 밸브공을 개폐하는 제2 밸브부, 상기 제2 밸브부와는 반대로 연동 개폐함과 아울러 상기 제1 밸브 시트와 이접하여 상기 중간 연통로와 상기 제1 연통로와의 연통을 개폐하는 제1 밸브부, 및, 상기 내부 공간에 배치되는 원통 형상의 축부를 갖는 밸브체와,
상기 내부 공간에 배치되고 상기 내부 공간의 압력에 응동하여 신축함과 아울러 상기 밸브체의 상기 축부와 상대 슬라이딩 가능하게 끼워맞추는 구멍부를 포함하는 자유단부를 갖는 감압체와,
상기 내부 공간에 배열 형성되고 상기 내부 공간과 상기 중간 연통로를 연통하는 보조 연통부와, 및,
상기 밸브 본체에 장착되고 전류에 따라 상기 밸브체를 개폐하는 방향으로 작동시키는 솔레노이드부를 구비하고,
상기 밸브체의 상기 축부와 상기 감압체의 상기 구멍부의 끼워맞춤 길이는 상기 감압체의 상기 자유단부의 변위량보다 크게 설정됨으로써, 상기 변위량에 관계없이 상기 내부 공간으로부터 상기 중간 연통로에 이르는 유로 면적은 상기 보조 연통부에 의해 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 제어 밸브. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보조 연통부는 상기 중간 연통로의 유로 단면적보다 작은 개구 면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 제어 밸브. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 보조 연통부는, 상기 밸브체에 배열 형성되는 구멍부인 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 제어 밸브. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 보조 연통부는, 상기 밸브체의 상기 축부와 상기 감압체의 상기 자유단부와의 간극부보다 큰 개구 면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 제어 밸브. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 밸브체는 상기 보조 연통부를 복수 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 제어 밸브. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 보조 연통부는, 상기 밸브체의 상기 축부와 상기 감압체의 상기 자유단부의 간극부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 제어 밸브. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 보조 연통부는, 상기 밸브체에 배열 형성되는 구멍부이며,
상기 보조 연통부는, 상기 밸브체의 상기 축부와 상기 감압체의 상기 자유단부와의 간극부보다 큰 개구 면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 제어 밸브. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 보조 연통부는, 상기 밸브체에 배열 형성되는 구멍부이며,
상기 보조 연통부는, 상기 밸브체의 상기 축부와 상기 감압체의 상기 자유단부와의 간극부보다 큰 개구 면적을 갖고,
