Claims (13)
- 제1 절연 기판,
상기 제1 절연 기판 위에 위치하는 제1 박막 트랜지스터, 제2 박막 트랜지스터 및 제3 박막 트랜지스터,
상기 제1 박막 트랜지스터 및 상기 제2 박막 트랜지스터와 각각 연결된 제1 부화소 전극 및 제2 부화소 전극을 포함하는 화소 전극,
상기 제1 절연 기판과 마주하는 제2 절연 기판,
상기 제2 절연 기판 위에 위치하는 공통 전극, 및
상기 화소 전극 및 상기 공통 전극 사이에 위치하며 액정 분자를 포함하는 액정층을 포함하고,
상기 제3 박막 트랜지스터는,
플로팅 게이트 전극,
상기 제2 박막 트랜지스터로부터 연장된 소스 전극, 및
분압 기준 전압선으로부터 연장된 드레인 전극을 포함하는 액정 표시 장치. - 제1항에서,
상기 플로팅 게이트 전극과 상기 드레인 전극은 제1 축전기를 형성하고,
상기 플로팅 게이트 전극과 상기 소스 전극은 제2 축전기를 형성하는 액정 표시 장치. - 제1항에서,
상기 제1 절연 기판 위에 위치하며 절연되어 교차하는 게이트선 및 데이터선을 포함하고,
상기 제1 박막 트랜지스터 및 상기 제2 박막 트랜지스터는 상기 게이트선 및 상기 데이터선과 연결된 액정 표시 장치. - 제3항에서,
상기 플로팅 게이트 전극은 상기 게이트선과 동일한 층에 위치하며 분리된 액정 표시 장치. - 제3항에서,
상기 데이터선과 상기 분압 기준 전압선은 동일한 층에 위치하는 액정 표시 장치. - 제3항에서,
상기 제3 박막 트랜지스터가 포함하는 상기 드레인 전극은 분압 기준 전압을 인가받는 액정 표시 장치. - 제3항에서,
상기 제1 박막 트랜지스터는
상기 게이트선이 포함하는 제1 게이트 전극,
상기 데이터선이 포함하는 제1 소스 전극 및 제1 드레인 전극을 포함하며,
상기 제1 박막 트랜지스터는 제1 액정 축전기와 연결되는 액정 표시 장치. - 제7항에서,
상기 제2 박막 트랜지스터는,
상기 게이트선이 포함하는 제2 게이트 전극,
상기 데이터선이 포함하는 제2 소스 전극 및 제2 드레인 전극을 포함하고,
상기 제2 박막 트랜지스터는 제2 액정 축전기와 연결되는 액정 표시 장치. - 제7항에서,
상기 제1 부화소 전극 및 상기 제2 부화소 전극 각각은,
십자 줄기부, 및
상기 십자 줄기부에서 대각 방향으로 연장된 복수의 미세 가지부를 포함하는 액정 표시 장치. - 제9항에서,
상기 제1 드레인 전극은 상기 제1 부화소 전극이 포함하는 상기 십자 줄기부와 중첩하는 액정 표시 장치. - 제9항에서,
상기 제1 부화소 전극과 상기 제1 박막 트랜지스터는 상기 십자 줄기부의 교차점에서 연결되는 액정 표시 장치. - 제3항에서,
상기 제2 절연 기판 위에 위치하며 상기 게이트선 연장 방향으로 위치하는 차광 부재를 포함하는 액정 표시 장치. - 제12항에서,
상기 차광 부재의 폭은 40μm 내지 70μm 인 액정 표시 장치.
