Claims (10)
- 하나 초과의 작동 실린더 및 배기관(exhaust tract)을 가지는 가스 엔진을 시동하기 위한 방법으로서,
상기 하나 초과의 작동 실린더에서 제1 점화를 위한 적어도 하나의 작동 실린더가 선택되고,
상기 선택된 작동 실린더에, 연료 가스와 연소 프로세스를 시작하는 데 필요한 시동 가스량이 공급되고,
비선택된(non-selected) 작동 실린더에 연소 공기만 공급되며,
상기 연소 프로세스를 시작할 때 상기 선택된 작동 실린더에 공급된 시동 가스의 일부가 점화되지 않는 경우, 상기 선택된 작동 실린더로부터 배출된 연료 가스와 시동 가스의 혼합물이 상기 배기관에서 상기 비선택된 작동 실린더를 통과한 연소 공기와 혼합되고, 상기 혼합물은 상기 혼합물이 더 이상 점화 가능하지 않을 정도로 희석되는 것인 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
미리 결정된 시동 가스량이 적어도 2개의 작동 실린더에 실린더 선택적으로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
적어도 하나의 작동 실린더에서의 완료된 점화의 검출 후에만, 시동 가스가 적어도 하나의 추가적인 작동 실린더에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 가스 엔진의 배기관 내에 점화 가능 혼합물이 존재하지 않도록, 상기 시동 가스량이 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 작동 실린더의 시동 용이성(starting willingness), 적어도 하나의 추가적인 작동 실린더에 대한 작동 실린더의 회전 위치의 각도, 및 상기 가스 엔진의 배기관 내에서의 작동 실린더의 배기 배출구의 위치 중 하나 이상에 따라, 시동 가스가 공급될 작동 실린더가 엔진 특정적으로(engine-specifically) 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
미리 결정된 크기보다 작은 크기의 토크 곡선이 발생되도록, 상기 시동 가스가 공급될 작동 실린더의 순서(sequence)가 엔진 특정적으로 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 가스 엔진의 크랭크 구동부가 자연적인 진동(natural vibration)으로 여기되지(excited) 않도록 하는 방식으로, 상기 시동 가스가 공급될 작동 실린더의 순서가 엔진 특정적으로 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 가스 엔진의 시동 순서의 중단에 이어서, 상기 시동 가스가 공급될 작동 실린더의 순서는, 상기 시동 순서로부터 벗어나는 제2 순서로 변경되고 그리고 상기 제2 순서로 시동 프로세스가 반복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 작동 실린더의 배기 가스 포트 내의 온도 상승의 검출에 의해서, 상기 작동 실린더 내의 압력 상승의 측정에 의해서, 또는 상기 작동 실린더의 배기 가스 포트 내의 온도 상승의 검출 및 상기 작동 실린더 내의 압력 상승의 측정에 의해서, 상기 작동 실린더의 완료된 점화의 검출이 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 압력 상승의 측정을 위해서 작동 실린더의 적어도 하나의 노킹 센서(knocking sensor)가 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
