Claims (18)
- 동일 열에 배치되는 적어도 3개의 픽셀들; 및
상기 적어도 3개의 픽셀들에 연결되는 공유 커패시터를 포함하며,
상기 적어도 3개의 픽셀들 각각은,
스캔 신호에 응답하여 데이터 신호를 전달하는 제1 스위칭 트랜지스터;
상기 스캔 신호에 응답하여 상기 제1 스위칭 트랜지스터로부터 전달된 상기 데이터 신호를 상기 공유 커패시터에 전달하는 제2 스위칭 트랜지스터;
상기 데이터 신호에 대응하는 전압을 저장하는 저장 커패시터;
상기 저장 커패시터에 저장된 전압에 대응하는 구동 전류를 생성하는 구동 트랜지스터; 및
상기 구동 전류에 의해 발광하는 유기 발광 다이오드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 공유 커패시터는,
상기 적어도 3개의 픽셀들의 상기 제2 스위칭 트랜지스터들에 공통적으로 연결되는 제1 전극, 및
상기 적어도 3개의 픽셀들의 상기 저장 커패시터들에 공통적으로 연결되는 제2 전극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 저장 커패시터는 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에 연결되는 제1 전극 및 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 소스에 연결되는 제2 전극을 갖고,
상기 제1 스위칭 트랜지스터는 상기 스캔 신호를 수신하는 제어단, 상기 데이터 신호를 수신하는 제1 연결단, 및 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에 연결되는 제2 연결단을 포함하고,
상기 구동 트랜지스터는 상기 제1 스위칭 트랜지스터의 상기 제2 연결단과 상기 제2 스위칭 트랜지스터의 제1 연결단에 공통으로 연결되는 게이트, 상기 저장 커패시터의 제2 전극 및 상기 공유 커패시터의 제2 전극에 공통으로 연결되는 소스, 및 상기 유기 발광 다이오드에 연결되는 드레인을 포함하고,
상기 제2 스위칭 트랜지스터는 상기 스캔 신호를 수신하는 제어단, 상기 제1 스위칭 트랜지스터의 상기 제2 연결단에 연결되는 제1 연결단, 및 상기 공유 커패시터의 제1 전극에 연결되는 제2 연결단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 스위칭 트랜지스터가 턴 온되면, 상기 공유 커패시터는 상기 저장 커패시터에 병렬로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 데이터 신호를 상기 적어도 3개의 픽셀들에 전달하도록 열 방향을 따라 연장되는 데이터 라인; 및
상기 적어도 3개의 픽셀들 각각에 상기 스캔 신호를 전달하도록 행 방향을 따라 연장되는 적어도 3개의 스캔 라인들을 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제5 항에 있어서,
상기 데이터 라인에 연결되는 복수의 픽셀들은 상기 공유 커패시터에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제1 전극과 제2 전극을 갖는 공유 커패시터; 및
상기 공유 커패시터와 동일 열에 배치되고, 상기 공유 커패시터의 상기 제1 전극에 공통으로 연결되는 적어도 3개의 픽셀들을 포함하고,
상기 적어도 3개의 픽셀들 각각은,
스캔 신호에 응답하여 데이터 신호를 전달하는 제1 스위칭 트랜지스터;
상기 스캔 신호에 응답하여 상기 제1 스위칭 트랜지스터로부터 전달된 상기 데이터 신호를 상기 공유 커패시터의 상기 제1 전극에 전달하는 제2 스위칭 트랜지스터;
상기 데이터 신호에 대응하는 전압을 저장하는 저장 커패시터;
상기 저장 커패시터에 저장된 전압에 대응하는 구동 전류를 생성하는 구동 트랜지스터; 및
상기 구동 전류에 의해 발광하는 유기 발광 다이오드를 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제7 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 3개의 픽셀들 중 하나의 픽셀의 상기 제2 스위칭 트랜지스터가 턴 온되면, 상기 공유 커패시터는 상기 하나의 픽셀의 상기 저장 커패시터에 병렬로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제7 항에 있어서,
상기 공유 커패시터의 상기 제1 전극은 상기 적어도 3개의 픽셀들의 상기 제2 스위칭 트랜지스터들에 공통적으로 연결되고,
상기 공유 커패시터의 상기 제2 전극은 상기 적어도 3개의 픽셀들의 상기 저장 커패시터들에 공통적으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제7 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 3개의 픽셀들 각각에서,
상기 저장 커패시터는 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에 연결되는 제1 전극 및 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 소스에 연결되는 제2 전극을 갖고,
상기 제1 스위칭 트랜지스터는 상기 스캔 신호를 수신하는 제어단, 상기 데이터 신호를 수신하는 제1 연결단, 및 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에 연결되는 제2 연결단을 포함하고,
상기 제2 스위칭 트랜지스터는 상기 스캔 신호를 수신하는 제어단, 상기 제1 스위칭 트랜지스터의 상기 제2 연결단에 연결되는 제1 연결단, 및 상기 공유 커패시터의 제1 전극에 연결되는 제2 연결단을 포함하고,
상기 구동 트랜지스터는 상기 제1 스위칭 트랜지스터의 상기 제2 연결단과 상기 제2 스위칭 트랜지스터의 제1 연결단에 공통으로 연결되는 게이트, 상기 저장 커패시터의 제2 전극 및 상기 공유 커패시터의 제2 전극에 공통으로 연결되는 소스, 및 상기 유기 발광 다이오드에 연결되는 드레인을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제7 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 3개의 픽셀들 각각의 상기 구동 트랜지스터는 구동 전원이 공급되는 소스 및 상기 유기 발광 다이오드의 애노드에 연결되는 드레인을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
