Description
도 2는 살아있는 세포에서 GSH 동역학에 대한 고효율 실시간 측정 결과를 나타낸다.
도 3은 FSK 프라이밍이 hES-MSC GSH 동역학 및 면역조절 기능을 향상시킨다는 결과를 나타낸다.
도 4는 NRF2가 CREB1-매개 GSH 동역학의 중요한 작용자(effector)라는 결과를 나타낸다.
도 5는 CREB1-NRF2 의존성 GSH 조절자들의 과발현이 MSC 면역조절 기능을 향상시킨다는 결과를 나타낸다.
도 6은 높은 GRC MSC는 GVHD에서 치료 효과를 향상시킨다는 결과를 나타낸다.
도 7은 FSK 프라이밍의 천식 치료 효능 평가를 위한 실험 모식도를 나타낸다.

Claims (15)
- (1) 분리된 중간엽줄기세포(mesenchymal stem cells; MSCs)에 시험물질을 접촉시키는 단계;
(2) 상기 시험물질을 접촉한 중간엽줄기세포에서 사이클릭 아데노신 모노포스페이트(cyclic adenosine monophosphate; cAMP) 반응성 인자 결합 단백질 1(CREB1) 및 핵 인자 적혈구 2 유사 2(nuclear factor erythroid 2 like 2; NRF2)의 발현 정도를 측정하는 단계; 및
(3) 대조구 시료와 비교하여 상기 CREB1 및 NRF2의 발현 정도가 증가한 시험물질을 선별하는 단계를 포함하는 이식편대숙주질환(Graft-versus-host disease; GVHD) 또는 천식 치료제 스크리닝 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중간엽줄기세포는 배아줄기세포(embryonic stem cells; ESCs) 유래 중간엽줄기세포, 탯줄(umbilical cord; UC) 유래 중간엽줄기세포, 골수(bone marrow; BM) 유래 중간엽줄기세포 또는 지방(adipose) 유래 중간엽줄기세포인 것을 특징으로 하는 이식편대숙주질환(Graft-versus-host disease; GVHD) 또는 천식 치료제 스크리닝 방법.
- 삭제
- CREB1 및 NRF2를 과발현하는 중간엽줄기세포 또는 이의 배양액을 유효성분으로 포함하는 이식편대숙주질환(Graft-versus-host disease; GVHD) 또는 천식 예방 또는 치료용 약학조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 CREB1 및 NRF2를 과발현하는 중간엽줄기세포는 GCLM, GCLC, GSR, PRDX1 및 ATF2로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 과발현하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이식편대숙주질환(Graft-versus-host disease; GVHD) 또는 천식 예방 또는 치료용 약학조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 CREB1 및 NRF2를 과발현하는 중간엽줄기세포는 세포 내 글루타치온 수준 및 글루타치온 회복능(glutathione-recovering capacity; GRC)이 향상된 것을 특징으로 하는 이식편대숙주질환(Graft-versus-host disease; GVHD) 또는 천식 예방 또는 치료용 약학조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 CREB1 및 NRF2를 과발현하는 중간엽줄기세포는 자가재생, 세포이동, 전-혈관형성, 항염증 및 T-세포 억제능으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 줄기세포 활성이 촉진된 것을 특징으로 하는 이식편대숙주질환(Graft-versus-host disease; GVHD) 또는 천식 예방 또는 치료용 약학조성물.

- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 세포 내 글루타치온 수준 및 글루타치온 회복능(glutathione-recovering capacity; GRC)을 향상시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 중간엽줄기세포 활성 촉진 방법.
