Claims (8)
- 휘발성 유기화합물 흡착제를 코팅하는 장치에 있어서,
일방향으로 복수의 채널을 갖는 필터부재(10);
슬러리 상태의 흡착제(6)를 수용하는 수용부(20);
상기 수용부(20)의 하부에 배치되어, 상기 필터부재(10)가 장착되는 장착부(30); 및
상기 수용부(20)를 통해 상기 흡착제(6)가 공급될 때, 상기 필터부재(10)가 장착된 상태로 상기 장착부(30)를 회전시키는 구동부(40);를 포함하여서,
상기 흡착제(6)가 상기 수용부(20)로부터 낙하 공급될 때, 상기 구동부(40)에 의해 상기 장착부(30)가 회전하면서 상기 필터부재(10)에 상기 흡착제(6)를 코팅하고,
상기 장착부(30)에는 상기 필터부재(10)의 채널에 에어를 공급하도록 복수의 에어분출공(61)이 형성된 공기분사부(60)가 마련되며,
상기 에어분출공(61)은 상기 장착부(30)의 중심부 측에서 외벽 측으로 갈수록 직경이 커지는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성 유기화합물 흡착제의 코팅장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 흡착제(6)를 분사하는 분사노즐(50)을 포함하며,
상기 분사노즐(50)은 상기 장착부(30)의 중심으로부터 편심되어 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성 유기화합물 흡착제의 코팅장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 장착부(30)를 상하 방향으로 잇는 중심축은 수평 방향의 기준선에 대하여 40°내지 50 °범위로 기울어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성 유기화합물 흡착제의 코팅장치. - 삭제
- 휘발성 유기화합물 흡착제를 코팅하는 장치에 있어서,
일방향으로 복수의 채널을 갖는 필터부재(10);
슬러리 상태의 흡착제(6)를 수용하는 수용부(20);
상기 수용부(20)의 하부에 배치되어, 상기 필터부재(10)가 장착되는 장착부(30); 및
상기 수용부(20)를 통해 상기 흡착제(6)가 공급될 때, 상기 필터부재(10)가 장착된 상태로 상기 장착부(30)를 회전시키는 구동부(40);를 포함하여서,
상기 흡착제(6)가 상기 수용부(20)로부터 낙하 공급될 때, 상기 구동부(40)에 의해 상기 장착부(30)가 회전하면서 상기 필터부재(10)에 상기 흡착제(6)를 코팅하고,
상기 흡착제(6)를 분사하는 분사노즐(50)을 포함하며,
상기 분사노즐(50)은 상기 장착부(30)의 중심으로부터 편심되어 배치되며,
상기 분사노즐(50)에 형성된 분사공(51)은, 상기 장착부(30)의 중심부 측에서 외벽 측으로 갈수록 직경이 커지는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성 유기화합물 흡착제의 코팅장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 필터부재(10)에 코팅되고 하향으로 흐른 상기 흡착제(6)는 상기 장착부(30)의 하부로 낙하하며,
상기 낙하하는 흡착제(6)를 수집하는 수집부(70); 및
상기 수집부(70)에 수집된 흡착제(6)를 상기 수용부(20)로 재공급하는 재공급처리부(80)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성 유기화합물 흡착제의 코팅장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 재공급처리부(80)는,
상기 수집부(70)에 수집된 흡착제(6)를 재수용하는 재수용부(81);
상기 재수용부(81) 내의 공기를 흡입하는 흡입부(82);
상기 재수용부(81)와 상기 수용부(20)를 연결하는 공급유로(83);
상기 공급유로(83) 상에 마련되어 상기 흡착제(6)를 펌핑하는 펌프(84); 및
상기 공급유로(83) 상에 마련되어, 상기 흡착제(6)의 점도 또는 농도 상태를 조절하는 흡착제조정부(85);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성 유기화합물 흡착제의 코팅장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 흡착제(6)는 제올라이트, 알루니마, 또는 실리카 중 선택된 어느 하나를 포함한 흡착제(6)이고,
상기 필터부재(10)는, 유리섬유질로 이루어진 판상의 부재를 물결 모양으로 형성한 후 말아놓은 코러게이트형 또는 유리섬유질을 그 단면이 벌집 구조를 갖도록 제조한 허니컴형으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성 유기화합물 흡착제의 코팅장치.
