도 2는 실시예 및 비교예에서 얻어진 구리 입자에 있어서의 Cu2O의 결정자 크기와 산소의 함유 비율의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다.
Claims (6)
- 제1항에 있어서, 레이저 회절 산란식 입도 분포 측정법에 의한 누적 체적 50용량%에 있어서의 체적 누적 입경 D50(㎛)에 대한, 상기 코어부 중에 포함되는 금속 구리의 결정자 크기 DC(㎛)의 비율인 DC/D50의 값이 0.10 이상 0.40 이하인, 구리 입자.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 구리 입자의 표면을 측정하여 얻어지는 X선 광전자 분광 스펙트럼에 있어서, Cu(I)의 피크 면적 P1 및 Cu(0)의 피크 면적 P0에 대한, Cu(II)의 피크 면적 P2의 비율인 P2/(P1+P0)의 값이 0.30 이상 2.50 이하인, 구리 입자.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 구리 입자의 제조 방법으로서,
구리 원소를 포함하는 원료 분말을 플라스마 불꽃 속에 도입하여 기상 상태의 구리로 만들고,
상기 기상 상태의 구리의 냉각에 의해 구리 입자를 생성시키면서, 생성한 해당 구리 입자를 산소 함유 분위기에 노출시키고,
산소 함유 분위기에 노출된 후의 상기 구리 입자의 표면을 산화시켜 CuO 및 Cu2O를 포함하는 산화구리층을 생성시키는 공정을 갖는, 구리 입자의 제조 방법. - 제5항에 있어서, 산소 함유 분위기에 노출된 후의 상기 구리 입자를, 상대 습도가 30% 이상 60% 이하이고, 또한 15℃ 이상 30℃ 이하의 대기 분위기 하에 5분 이상 60분 이하 두어, 해당 구리 입자의 표면을 산화시켜 상기 산화구리층을 생성시키는, 구리 입자의 제조 방법.
