도2는 도 1의 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 복합 방수 구조에서 방근 시트의 구조를 개략적으로 나타낸 단면도이고,
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 복합 방수 구조를 제조하는 방법을 나타낸 흐름도이다.
Claims (7)
- 프라이머층;
상기 프라이머층 상에 점착되는 점착층을 포함하는 방근 시트 및
이웃하는 방근 시트를 연결하도록, 이웃하는 방근 시트의 연결부 상에 배치된 실링재;
상기 실링재를 덮는 섬유 보강재; 및
상기 방근 시트 및 섬유 보강재 상에 배치된 논탈 우레탄층;을 포함하고,
상기 논탈 우레탄층은
제1용액 및 제2용액이 1:3, 또는 1:4로 혼합되어 구성되고,
상기 제1용액은 프리폴리머 65 내지 87 중량부, 가소제 5 내지 12 중량부 및 기타 첨가제 1 내지 15 중량부를 포함하고,
상기 제2용액은 탄산칼슘 50 내지 60 중량부, 폴리올(PPG) 10 내지 20 중량부, 가소제 1 내지 10 중량부, 촉진제 0. 1 내지 2 중량부, 안료 0. 1 내지 2 중량부 및 기타 첨가제 1 내지 15 중량부를 포함하는 복합 방수 구조.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 방근 시트는
보강층,
상기 보강층의 양면에 부착된 섬유층, 및
상기 보강층 하부에서 섬유층에 함침된 점착층을 포함하는 복합 방수 구조.
- 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 점착층은 아스팔트 50 내지 60중량부, 스틸렌 부타디엔 스틸렌 10 내지 15 중량부, 부틸고무 5 내지 10 중량부, 프로세스 오일 3 내지 5 중량부, 접착부여제 1 내지 3 중량부, 흡유제 1 내지 3 중량부, 충전제 5 내지 15 중량부, 스테아린산 알미늄 3 내지 5 중량부, 노화방지제 3 내지 5 중량부 및 기타 첨가제 3 내지 5중량부를 포함하는 복합 방수 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 실링재는 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지로 구성되는 복합 방수 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 섬유 보강재는 연질형 FRP수지 경화전 유리섬유가 FRP수지에 함침되어 일체화 되는 구조로 구성된 복합 방수 구조.
