Claims (19)
- 방폭용 조성물을 습식코팅의 방법으로 유리 섬유의 일면에 코팅하는 단계; 및
점착층을 상기 유리섬유의 타면에 형성하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 방폭용 조성물은
수용성 고분자 및 방폭 필러를 포함하고,
방폭 필러는 인계 난연제 및 수산화알루미늄을 1:5 내지 1:3의 중량비로 포함하고,
상기 수용성 고분자는 에틸렌 함량이 20중량%보다 높은 EVA 고분자와 에틸렌 함량이 20중량%보다 낮은 EVA 고분자가 중량비로 1:1 내지 1.5:1의 중량비로 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 방폭용 시트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 분산제, 장기보관 안정제, 계면활성제, 가소제, 색산 안료 및 기타 첨가제를 포함하는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방폭용 시트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방폭용 조성물을 1.0mm 내지 2.0mm의 두께로 코팅하는 방폭용 시트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인계 난연제는 적인, 포스페이트(phosphate), 포스포네이트(phosphonate), 포스피네이트(phosphinate), 포스핀옥사이드(phosphine oxide) 및 포스파젠(phosphazene)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방폭용 시트의 제조방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방폭용 조성물의 고형분 함량은 30 내지 70 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방폭용 시트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방폭용 조성물의 방폭 필러 함량은 20 내지 50 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방폭용 시트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방폭용 조성물은 무기 필러를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방폭용 시트의 제조방법.
