Abstract
상기 과제를 해결하기 위해, 본 발명의 폴리에틸렌계 수지 필름의 제조방법은 폴리에틸렌계 수지로 이루어지는 입자와, 폴리에틸렌계 수지를 포함하는 폴리에틸렌 수지 조성물을 용융 혼련하는 공정, 폴리에틸렌 수지 조성물을 용융 압출하여 용융 폴리에틸렌 수지 조성물 시트로 하는 공정, 용융 폴리에틸렌 수지 조성물 시트를 냉각 고화하는 공저을 포함하고, 상기 폴리에틸렌 수지 조성물을 용융 혼련하는 공정에 있어서 여과 정밀도 100 ㎛ 이하의 필터를 사용하여 여과하는 공정을 포함한다.

Claims (3)
- 점도 평균 분자량이 150만 이상 250만 이하이고, 입자의 부피 평균 입자경이 2 ㎛ 이상 20 ㎛ 이하이며, 또한, 입경이 25 ㎛ 이상인 입자의 비율이 1 중량% 미만인 폴리에틸렌계 수지로 이루어지는 입자와, 에틸렌 단량체의 단독 중합체, 에틸렌 단량체와 α-올레핀의 공중합체, 또는 이들의 혼합물이며, 밀도가 900∼940 ㎏/㎥이고, 융점이 85℃ 이상인 폴리에틸렌계 수지를 포함하는 폴리에틸렌 수지 조성물을 용융 혼련하는 공정, 폴리에틸렌 수지 조성물을 용융 압출하여 용융 폴리에틸렌 수지 조성물 시트로 하는 공정, 용융 폴리에틸렌 수지 조성물 시트를 냉각 고화하는 공정을 포함하고, 상기 폴리에틸렌 수지 조성물을 용융 혼련하는 공정에 있어서 여과 정밀도 100 ㎛ 이하의 필터를 사용하여 여과하는 공정을 포함하는 폴리에틸렌계 수지 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에틸렌계 수지로 이루어지는 입자의 점도 평균 분자량이 150만 이상이고, 또한 DSC에 의한 융점 피크온도가 150℃ 이하인 폴리에틸렌계 수지 필름의 제조방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 필터의 여과 정밀도가 80 ㎛ 이하인 폴리에틸렌계 수지 필름의 제조방법.
