Abstract
Description
도 1은 본 발명의 예시적 실시예에 따른 제어 보디의 분해도이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 예시적 실시예에 따른, 퍼프 중에 에어로졸 전구체 조성물을 수동적으로 분배하도록 구성되는 에어로졸 전구체 조성물이 채워진 백을 구비하는 에어로졸 송달 장치의 단면도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 예시적 실시예에 따른 도 2의 에어로졸 송달 장치의 확대 단면도이며, 에어로졸 송달 장치를 통한 공기 유동을 도시한다.
도 4는 본 발명의 예시적 실시예에 따른 도 2의 에어로졸 송달 장치의 확대 단면도이며, 백으로부터 분무기로의 에어로졸 전구체 조성물 분배를 도시한다.

Claims (21)
- 에어로졸 송달 장치로서,
제어 보디;
에어로졸 전구체 조성물이 적어도 부분적으로 채워진 저장조를 포함하는 카트리지;
가열 요소를 포함하는 분무기; 및
상기 저장조 내부의 제 1 압력과 상기 분무기 근처의 제 2 압력 사이의 압력차에 기초하여 상기 저장조로부터의 에어로졸 전구체 조성물의 분배를 제어하도록 구성된 압력 제어기를 포함하고,
상기 분무기는, 공기유동에 에어로졸을 추가하기 위해 상기 저장조로부터 받은 에어로졸 전구체 조성물을 가열하도록 구성되며,
상기 압력차는 사용자가 상기 에어로졸 송달 장치 내로 공기를 빨아들이기 전에 미리 존재하는
에어로졸 송달 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 분무기는 챔버를 한정하고, 상기 가열 요소는 상기 챔버 내부에 배치되는
에어로졸 송달 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 저장조 내의 제 1 압력은 주위 압력보다 큰
에어로졸 송달 장치. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 압력 제어기는, 상기 저장조로부터 상기 에어로졸 전구체 조성물을 선택적으로 방출하도록 구성된 밸브를 포함하는
에어로졸 송달 장치. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
유량 센서를 더 포함하고,
상기 밸브는 상기 유량 센서로부터의 신호에 응답하여 작동하도록 구성되는

상기 제어 보디는 상기 밸브 및 상기 분무기를 구비하는

상기 제어 보디는 커플러를 포함하고 상기 카트리지는 베이스를 포함하며, 상기 제어 보디의 커플러가 상기 카트리지의 베이스에 결합된 때 상기 밸브는 상기 저장조와 유체 연통하는

상기 저장조 내의 제 1 압력과 분무기 근처의 제 2 압력 사이의 압력차에 기초하여 상기 저장조로부터 가열 요소를 포함하는 상기 분무기로의 상기 에어로졸 전구체 조성물의 분배를 제어하는 단계; 및
상기 공기유동에 에어로졸을 추가하기 위해 상기 가열 요소로 상기 저장조로부터 분배된 상기 에어로졸 전구체 조성물을 가열하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 압력차는 사용자가 상기 에어로졸 송달 장치 내로 공기를 빨아들이기 전에 미리 존재하는
에어로졸화 방법. - 제 15 항에 있어서,
상기 에어로졸 전구체 조성물의 분배를 제어하는 단계는 상기 에어로졸 전구체 조성물을 상기 가열 요소가 배치되는 분무기의 챔버로 인도하는 단계를 포함하는
