Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 진행성 식도암(advanced oesophageal cancer) 또는 전이성 식도암(metastatic oesophageal cancer)을 치료하기 위한 약제학적 조성물로서,
상기 조성물은 하기 화합물 I 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염을 포함하는 것인, 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 진행성 식도암 또는 전이성 식도암은 식도 편평상피세포암(esophageal squamous-cell carcinoma) 및 식도선암(esophageal adenocarcinoma)으로부터 선택되는 것인, 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 진행성 식도암 또는 전이성 식도암은 탁산(taxane) 항암제, 빈카 알칼로이드(vinca alkaloid) 항암제, 백금 복합체 및 피리미딘 길항제로부터 선택된 하나 이상으로의 치료가 실패한 후의 것인, 약제학적 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 탁산 항암제는 파클리탁셀(paclitaxel) 및 도세탁셀(docetaxel)로부터 선택되고; 상기 빈카 알칼로이드 항암제는 빈블라스틴(vinblastine), 빈크리스틴(vincristine), 빈데신(vindesine), 및 비노렐빈(vinorelbine)으로부터 선택되고; 상기 백금 복합체는 미리플라틴(miriplatin), 시스플라틴(cisplatin), 카보플라틴(carboplatin), 네다플라틴(nedaplatin), 및 옥살리플라틴(oxaliplatin)으로부터 선택되고; 및 상기 피리미딘 길항제는 사이타라빈(cytarabine), 안시타빈(ancitabine), 카페시타빈(capecitabine), 젬시타빈(gemcitabine), 플루오로우라실(fluorouracil), 디푸라딘(difuradin), 독시플루리딘(doxifluridine), 테가푸르(tegafur), 및 카르모푸르(carmofur)로부터 선택되는 것인, 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화합물 I의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염은 하이드로클로라이드인 것인, 약제학적 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 화합물 I의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염은 디하이드로클로라이드인 것인, 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 약제학적 조성물은 적어도 하나의 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체를 더 포함하는 것인, 약제학적 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 화합물 I 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염의 일일 투여량은 다음의 투여량: 2 mg 내지 20 mg, 5 mg 내지 20 mg, 8 mg 내지 20 mg, 10 mg 내지 16 mg, 10 mg 내지 14 mg, 10 mg, 12 mg, 14 mg, 및 16 mg 중 하나인 것인, 약제학적 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 화합물 I 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염은 간격 투여 요법에 의해 투여되고, 상기 간격 투여 요법은 투여기와 휴지기를 포함하고,
일수를 기준으로(in days) 투여기 대 휴지기의 비율은 2:0.5-5, 2:0.5-3, 2:0.5-2, 또는 2:0.5-1인 것인, 약제학적 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 간격 투여 요법은 다음의 요법: 연속 2주간 투여 및 2주간 휴지, 연속 2주간 투여 및 1주간 휴지, 및 연속 5일간 투여 및 2일간 휴지 중 하나이고, 이러한 간격 투여 요법은 수 회 반복될 수 있는 것인, 약제학적 조성물.
- 진행성 식도암 또는 전이성 식도암의 치료를 위한 키트로서,
(a) 제1항의 약제학적 조성물의 적어도 하나의 단위 투여량; 및
(b) 진행성 식도암 또는 전이성 식도암의 치료를 위한, 또는 간격 투여 요법으로 진행성 식도암 또는 전이성 식도암을 치료하기 위한 지시사항;을 포함하는, 키트.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 약제학적 조성물은 경구 투여용 제제인 것인, 키트.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 약제학적 조성물은 정제 또는 캡슐인 것인, 키트. - 삭제
