Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 2-구성성분 폴리우레탄 접착제 조성물(two-component polyurethane adhesive composition)로서, 폴리올 구성성분 및 폴리이소시아네이트 구성성분을 갖되,
상기 폴리올 구성성분은,
a) 상기 폴리올 구성성분의 중량을 기준으로 적어도 15 중량%의, 1종 이상의 폴리에테르 폴리올로서, 이들 각각은 적어도 2의 공칭 히드록실 작용가(nominal hydroxyl functionality) 및 400 내지 2000의 히드록실 당량(equivalent weight)을 갖고, 이들 각각은 프로필렌 옥시드의 단독중합체, 및 70 내지 99 중량%의 프로필렌 옥시드와 1 내지 30 중량%의 에틸렌 옥시드의 공중합체로부터 선택되되, 상기 1종 이상의 폴리에테르 폴리올 a)는 2 내지 4의 평균 공칭 히드록실 작용가를 갖는, 폴리에테르 폴리올;
b) 상기 폴리올 구성성분의 중량을 기준으로 0 내지 10 중량%의, 1종 이상의 폴리에테르 폴리올로서, 이들 각각은 100 내지 399의 히드록실 당량을 갖고, 상기 1종 이상의 폴리에테르 폴리올 b)는 적어도 4의 평균 공칭 작용가를 갖는, 폴리에테르 폴리올;
c) 상기 폴리올 구성성분의 중량을 기준으로 0 내지 10 중량%의, 적어도 2의 히드록실 작용가 및 100 미만의 히드록실 당량을 갖는 폴리올;
d) 상기 폴리올 구성성분의 중량을 기준으로 2 내지 40 중량%의, 100 내지 2000 원자 질량 단위(atomic mass unit; amu)의 분자량을 갖는 모놀(monol);
e) a)의 100 중량부당 0 내지 3 중량부의, 적어도 2개의 1차 지방족 아민기 및/또는 2차 지방족 아민기를 갖는 적어도 1종의 화합물;
f) 촉매적 유효량의 적어도 1종의 우레탄 촉매; 및
g) 상기 폴리올 구성성분의 중량을 기준으로 5 내지 60 중량%의, 적어도 1종의 미립자 충전제
를 포함하고;
상기 폴리이소시아네이트 구성성분은, 적어도 1종의 유기 폴리이소시아네이트, 및 상기 폴리이소시아네이트 구성성분의 총 중량을 기준으로 0 내지 50 중량%의 적어도 1종의 미립자 충전제를 포함하는, 2-구성성분 폴리우레탄 접착제 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 구성성분 d)는 구조식 A-OH를 갖는 지방족 알코올을 알콕실화시킴으로써 제조되되, A는 히드로카르빌기인, 2-구성성분 폴리우레탄 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구성성분 d)는 구조식 A-B-OH로 표현되되, A는 C4-20 직쇄형 지방족 히드로카르빌기를 나타내고, B는 폴리에테르 쇄를 나타내는, 2-구성성분 폴리우레탄 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 구성성분 d)는 700 내지 1500 원자 질량 단위(amu)의 분자량을 갖는, 2-구성성분 폴리우레탄 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올 구성성분은 상기 폴리올 구성성분의 중량을 기준으로 4 내지 20 중량%의 구성성분 d)를 함유하는, 2-구성성분 폴리우레탄 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올 구성성분은 상기 폴리올 구성성분의 중량을 기준으로 2 내지 10 중량%의 구성성분 b)를 함유하는, 2-구성성분 폴리우레탄 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올 구성성분은 상기 폴리올 구성성분의 중량을 기준으로 0.25 내지 3 중량%의 구성성분 c)를 함유하는, 2-구성성분 폴리우레탄 접착제 조성물.
- 2개의 기재를 접합하는 방법으로서, 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항의 2-구성성분 폴리우레탄 접착제 조성물의 폴리올 구성성분 및 폴리이소시아네이트 구성성분을 배합하여 미경화 접착제를 형성하는 단계, 2개의 기재 사이의 접합선(bondline)에 미경화 접착제의 층을 형성하는 단계, 및 상기 접합선의 상기 미경화 접착제의 층을 경화시켜 상기 기재 각각에 접합된 경화된 접착제를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 지수는 1.1 내지 1.8인, 방법.
- 폴리프로필렌 기재를 제2 기재에 접합하는 방법으로서,
I) 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항의 2-구성성분 폴리우레탄 접착제 조성물의 폴리올 구성성분과 폴리이소시아네이트 구성성분을 배합하여 상기 폴리프로필렌 기재에 프라이머를 사전 도포하지 않고 미경화 접착제를 형성하고, 폴리프로필렌 기재와 제2 기재 사이의 접합선에 미경화 접착제의 층을 형성하는 단계, 및 II) 상기 접합선의 상기 미경화 접착제의 층을 경화시켜 상기 폴리프로필렌 기재 및 상기 제2 기재에 접합된 경화된 접착제를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제10항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌 기재는 75 mN/m 이하의 표면 에너지를 갖는, 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌 기재는 30 내지 65 mN/m의 표면 에너지를 갖는, 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌 기재는, 단계 I) 이전에, 화염- 또는 플라즈마-처리된, 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 어떠한 프라이머도 단계 I 이전에 상기 폴리프로필렌 기재에 도포되지 않는, 방법.
