Claims (11)
- 반려동물의 관절건강 개선용 간식 100 중량부에 대하여, 흰살생선 65 내지 75 중량부; 글루코사민 2.0 내지 3.0 중량부; 콘드로이친 2.0 내지 3.0 중량부; MSM(Methyl Sulfonyl-Methane) 1.0 내지 2.5 중량부; 오메가 3와 오메가 6의 함량의 합이 4.5 내지 5.5 중량부; 마카 0.15 내지 0.25 중량부; 밀크시슬 0.15 내지 0.25 중량부; 햄프씨드 0.15 내지 0.25 중량부; 맥주효모 0.1 내지 0.2 중량부; 강황 0.05 내지 0.15 중량부; 및 코코넛 오일 0.05 내지 0.15 중량부;를 포함하는, 반려동물의 관절건강 개선용 간식.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 반려동물의 관절건강 개선용 간식은 쌀가루, 감자분말, 피쉬오일, 멀티비타민, 콜라겐, 및 소르빈산칼륨을 더 포함하는, 반려동물의 관절건강 개선용 간식. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 흰살생선은 동태, 갈치, 노가리, 도로묵, 가자미, 도다리, 광어, 도미, 조기, 민어, 복어, 전어, 농어, 뱀장어, 아귀, 곰치, 송어, 잉어, 및 붕어에서 선택되는 1종 이상인, 반려동물의 관절건강 개선용 간식. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 반려동물의 관절건강 개선용 간식은 육포, 소시지, 미트볼, 및 패티에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 제조용인, 반려동물의 관절건강 개선용 간식. - (a) 반려동물의 관절건강 개선용 간식 100 중량부에 대하여, 흰살생선 65 내지 75 중량부; 글루코사민 2.0 내지 3.0 중량부; 콘드로이친 2.0 내지 3.0 중량부; MSM(Methyl Sulfonyl-Methane) 1.0 내지 2.5 중량부; 오메가 3와 오메가 6의 함량합 4.5 내지 5.5 중량부; 마카 0.15 내지 0.25 중량부; 밀크시슬 0.15 내지 0.25 중량부; 햄프씨드 0.15 내지 0.25 중량부; 맥주효모 0.1 내지 0.2 중량부; 강황 0.05 내지 0.15 중량부; 및 코코넛 오일 0.05 내지 0.15 중량부;를 배합 및 분쇄하는 단계;
(b) 상기 배합 및 분쇄한 원료를 진공 펌프에 넣어서 성형하는 단계;
(c) 성형되어 나온 제품이 건조되는 단계;
(d) 건조되어 나온 제품을 망에서 떼는 단계; 및
(e) 제품을 소분하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 반려동물의 관절건강 개선용 간식의 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 (a) 단계에서, 반려동물의 관절건강 개선용 간식은 쌀가루, 감자분말, 피쉬오일, 멀티비타민, 콜라겐, 및 소르빈산칼륨을 더 포함하는, 반려동물의 관절건강 개선용 간식의 제조방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 (c) 단계는 75℃ 이하에서 건조하여 영양소 파괴를 최소화할 수 있는, 반려동물의 관절건강 개선용 간식의 제조방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 (c) 단계는
(c-1) 45℃ 내지 55℃에서 40분 내지 50분 동안 1차 건조하는 단계;
(c-2) 60℃ 내지 70℃에서 40분 내지 50분 동안 2차 건조하는 단계; 및
(c-3) 25℃ 내지 35℃에서 9시간 내지 11시간 동안 3차 건조하는 단계;를 포함하는, 반려동물의 관절건강 개선용 간식의 제조방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
단계 (c-3)의 3차 건조하는 단계 후, 반려동물의 관절건강 개선용 간식의 수분 함량은 22% 내지 32%인, 반려동물의 관절건강 개선용 간식의 제조방법.
