Claims (9)
- 하기 화학식 1 및 2의 반복 단위를 포함한 분지형 구조를 갖는 비가교형 PEO(polyethylene oxide)계 코폴리머를 포함하는 고분자; 리튬염 및 세라믹 화합물;을 포함하고,
상기 리튬염 및 세라믹 화합물은 상기 고분자 상에 분산되어 있으며,
상기 세라믹 화합물은 리튬 금속 인산화물의 산화물계 고체 전해질을 포함하고, 상기 고분자의 100 중량부에 대해, 20 내지 40 중량부의 함량으로 포함되는 복합 고체 전해질:

상기 화학식 1 및 2에서, R1은 -CH2-O-(CH2-CH2-O)k-R3 를 나타내며, k는 0 내지 20이고, R3는 탄소수 1 내지 5의 알킬기를 나타내고,
l 및 m은 반복 단위의 반복수로, 각각 독립적으로 1 내지 100000의 정수이다.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 화합물은 리튬-실리콘티타늄 인산염계(LSTP) 화합물, 리튬-알루미늄-티타늄 인산염계(LATP) 화합물 및 리튬-알루미늄-게르마늄 인산염계(LAGP) 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 산화물계 고체 전해질을 포함하는 복합 고체 전해질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리튬염은 상기 고분자의 100 중량부에 대해, 10 내지 40 중량부의 함량으로 포함되는 복합 고체 전해질.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 액체를 포함되지 않은 건식 필름 상태를 갖는 복합 고체 전해질.
- 상기 화학식 1 및 2의 반복 단위를 포함한 분지형 구조를 갖는 비가교형 PEO(polyethylene oxide)계 코폴리머를 포함하는 고분자; 리튬염 및 상기 세라믹 화합물을 포함하는 혼합액을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 혼합액을 캐스팅 및 건조하여 필름으로 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 제1항의 복합 고체 전해질의 제조방법.
- 제1항, 제3항, 제4항 및 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 복합 고체 전해질을 포함한 전해질층을 포함하는 전고체 전지.
- 제8항에 있어서, 양극 활물질을 포함한 양극; 음극 활물질을 포함한 음극; 및 상기 양극 및 음극 사이에 개재되어 있고, 상기 복합 고체 전해질을 포함한 전해질층을 포함하는 전고체 전지.
