Claims (9)
- 유닛 플레이트의 양면에 배치되는 다수의 배터리 셀을 포함하는 셀 유닛; 및
상기 셀 유닛을 수용하며, 적어도 일면에 냉각 장치가 구비되는 케이스;
를 포함하며,
상기 유닛 플레이트는,
편평한 면을 구비하는 플레이트부와 상기 플레이트부의 폭방향 양측에서 상기 플레이트부의 상부와 하부로 돌출 형성되는 측면부에 의해 형성되는 다수의 수용 공간을 구비하고,
다수의 상기 배터리 셀은 각각의 상기 수용 공간에 배치되고,
상기 케이스는,
상기 셀 유닛의 상부에 배치되는 제1 플레이트, 상기 셀 유닛의 하부에 배치되는 제2 플레이트, 상기 셀 유닛의 폭방향 측부에 배치되며 상기 냉각 장치를 포함하는 제3 플레이트, 및 상기 제1 플레이트, 상기 제2 플레이트, 상기 제3 플레이트를 상호 결합하는 체결 부재를 포함하며,
상기 제3 플레이트는 상기 셀 유닛과 마주보는 내부면에서 돌출 형성되어 상기 수용 공간들 사이에 배치되는 체결부를 포함하고,
상기 체결 부재는 상기 제1 플레이트, 상기 제3 플레이트의 상기 체결부, 및 상기 제2 플레이트를 차례로 관통하며 결합되는 배터리 모듈.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 측면부는,
외부면이 상기 제3 플레이트와 대면하도록 배치되는 배터리 모듈.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 측면부와 상기 제3 플레이트 사이에 배치되는 열전달 부재를 더 포함하는 배터리 모듈.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 열전달 부재는,
써멀 그리스나 열전도성 접착제, 패드 중 어느 하나의 형태로 형성되는 배터리 모듈.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제3 플레이트는,
상기 셀 유닛과 대면하도록 배치되는 내측 플레이트;
상기 내측 플레이트의 외부에 배치되어 상기 내측 플레이트에 접합되는 외측 플레이트; 및
상기 내측 플레이트와 상기 외측 플레이트 사이에 구비되는 냉각 유로;
를 포함하는 배터리 모듈.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제3 플레이트는,
상기 외측 플레이트의 외부면을 덮으며 상기 외측 플레이트에 결합되고, 상기 외측 플레이트보다 강성이 큰 재질로 구성되는 보강 플레이트를 더 포함하는 배터리 모듈.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제3 플레이트는 알루미늄으로 형성되고, 상기 보강 플레이트는 초고강도 강판으로 형성되는 배터리 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유닛 플레이트는,
상기 플레이트부 중 상기 측면부와 연결되는 부분의 두께가 두껍게 형성되는 배터리 모듈.
