상기 제4 절연층 상에 배치되는 제4 도전층;

상기 제5 절연층 상에 배치되는 화소 전극을 포함하되,

상기 제1 도전층은 커패시터의 제1 전극을 더 포함하고,
상기 제2 도전층은 상기 커패시터의 상기 제1 전극과 중첩하는 상기 커패시터의 제2 전극을 더 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제14 항에 있어서, 상기 제3 도전층은 상기 트랜지스터의 제1 전극과 상기 커패시터의 상기 제2 전극을 연결하는 도전 패턴을 더 포함하고,
상기 제4 도전층은 상기 제2 콘택홀을 통해 상기 도전 패턴과 전기적으로 연결되는 신호 배선을 포함하는 표시 장치. - 기판;
상기 기판 상에 배치되는 반도체층;
상기 반도체층 상에 배치되는 제1 절연층;
상기 반도체층 상에 배치되는 제1 도전층;
상기 제1 도전층 상에 배치되는 제2 절연층;
상기 제2 절연층 상의 제2 도전층;
상기 제2 도전층 상에 배치되는 제3 절연층;
상기 제3 절연층 상에 배치되는 제3 도전층;
상기 제3 도전층 상에 배치되는 제4 절연층;
상기 제4 절연층 상에 배치되는 제4 도전층;
상기 제4 도전층 상에 배치되는 제5 절연층;
상기 제5 절연층 상에 배치되는 화소 전극을 포함하되,
상기 제3 도전층은 상기 제3 절연층, 상기 제2 절연층 및 상기 제1 절연층을 관통하는 제1 콘택홀을 통해 상기 반도체층과 직접 연결되고,
상기 제4 도전층은 상기 제4 절연층을 관통하는 제2 콘택홀을 통해 상기 제3 도전층과 연결되며,
상기 화소 전극은 상기 제5 절연층을 관통하는 제3 콘택홀을 통해 상기 제4 도전층과 연결되고,
상기 제2 콘택홀은 상기 제1 콘택홀과 중첩하고, 상기 제1 콘택홀의 폭은 상기 제2 콘택홀의 폭보다 큰 표시 장치. - 제16 항에 있어서,
상기 제4 절연층은 질화규소(SiNx) 또는 이산화규소(SiO2)를 포함하고, 상기 제3 도전층 및 상기 제4 도전층 각각은 수소 배리어 물질을 포함하지 않는 표시 장치. - 제17 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 도전층은 트랜지스터의 게이트 전극을 포함하고,
상기 제3 도전층은 상기 트랜지스터의 제1 전극을 포함하며,
상기 트랜지스터의 제1 전극은 상기 제1 콘택홀을 통해 상기 반도체층과 연결되는 표시 장치. - 제18 항에 있어서, 상기 제4 도전층은 상기 제2 콘택홀을 통해 상기 제1 전극과 전기적으로 연결되는 신호 배선을 포함하는 표시 장치.
- 제18 항에 있어서,
상기 화소 전극 상에 배치되고 상기 화소 전극을 노출하는 개구부를 포함하는 화소 정의막;
상기 화소 정의막 상의 발광층; 및
상기 발광층 상의 공통 전극을 더 포함하는 표시 장치.
