Abstract
본 발명에 의한 압력용기는 내부에 유체가 충진되도록 중공형성되는 라이너; 원통형태의 체결부가 상기 라이너의 내부에 위치되도록 상기 라이너의 일측 또는 양측 단부에 결합되는 노즐; 상기 체결부가 중심을 관통하며 탄성재질로 형성되는 링형태의 실링패드; 및 상기 실링패드의 하부에서 상기 체결부에 체결되는 실링너트;를 포함한다.

Claims (10)
- 내부에 유체가 충진되도록 중공형성되는 라이너;
외주면에 나선이 형성된 체결부가 상기 라이너의 내부에 위치되도록 상기 라이너의 일측 또는 양측 단부에 결합되는 노즐;
상기 체결부가 중심을 관통하며 탄성재질로 형성되는 링형태의 실링패드;
상기 실링패드의 하부에서 상기 실링패드를 지지하는 링형태의 실링플레이트; 및
상기 실링플레이트의 하부에서 상기 체결부에 체결되어 상기 실링플레이트를 가압하는 실링너트;를 포함하며,
상기 실링패드는 수평으로 형성되는 제1수평실링부와, 상기 제1수평실링부에서 바깥쪽으로 상향하도록 경사진 경사실링부와, 상기 경사실링부에서 바깥쪽으로 수평으로 연장되는 제2수평실링부를 포함하고,
상기 실링플레이트는 상기 제1수평실링부를 지지하도록 수평으로 형성되는 제1수평지지부와, 상기 제1수평지지부에서 바깥쪽으로 상향하도록 경사진 경사지지부와, 상기 경사지지부에서 바깥쪽으로 수평으로 연장되는 제2수평지지부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력용기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 실링플레이트는 상기 실링패드보다 경질인 것을 특징으로 하는 압력용기.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 실링플레이트는 금속재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 압력용기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 경사실링부는 상기 제1수평실링부 및 제2수평실링부의 두께보다 더 두껍게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력용기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 실링 너트는 상기 라이너의 내부에 저장된 유체의 압력이 상기 실링패드 또는 실링플레이트에 전달되도록 관통홀이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력용기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 실링패드의 내경이 상기 실링플레이트의 내경보다 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 압력용기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 실링패드의 외경이 상기 실링플레이트의 외경보다 더 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 압력용기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 노즐은 상기 체결부의 상부에 직경이 확장된 플랜지부가 형성되며,
상기 플랜지부의 하부에는 상기 라이너의 측벽에서 연장되는 연장부가 형성되고,
상기 제1수평실링부는 상기 노즐에 밀착되고, 상기 제2수평실링부는 상기 연장부의 하부에 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력용기.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 연장부의 끝단에는 상기 노즐과 결합력을 강화하기 위한 걸림턱이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력용기.
