Description
The present invention relates to a composite heat dissipation system for controlling the thermal environment of a greenhouse, and more particularly, to a composite heat dissipation system for controlling the thermal environment of a greenhouse, which can improve the heat dissipation efficiency of a greenhouse heat dissipation pipe and partially control the amount of heat dissipation as needed, thereby providing a thermal environment suitable for growing plants, thereby improving the growth rate and quality of crops and reducing energy costs, and can also quickly equalize the temperature deviation along the length of the heat dissipation pipe of the greenhouse.
In general, facility horticulture involves planting crops in cultivation areas set up inside greenhouses such as glasshouses or vinyl houses, and managing the environment to maintain ideal conditions for crop cultivation, such as temperature, humidity, and CO2 .
Greenhouses are equipped with various additional facilities to control temperature, humidity, CO2 , etc., including heating and cooling systems for temperature control, and CO2 supply systems for carbon dioxide supply.
The heating system of a greenhouse uses a forced convection cooling/heating system that uses a blower to blow hot or cold air into the greenhouse and cools/heats the interior, and a pipe-type cooling/heating system that supplies hot or cold water through a heat pipe and circulates it to cool/heat using natural convection and radiation.
Pipe-type heating and cooling systems require relatively high facility investment costs because they require the installation of heat dissipation pipes, but they are widely used because they offer superior heating and cooling effects and are easy to control, such as humidity, compared to blower-type heating and cooling systems.
However, the pipe-type heating and cooling system has a disadvantage in that it cannot effectively perform heat dissipation due to the non-uniform heat flux condition of heat dissipation (hereinafter, the concept including the warmth and cold of the heat dissipation) from the heat dissipation pipes arranged along the bed and the small heat dissipation area of the heat dissipation pipes. Here, the non-uniform heat flux condition means that the temperature of the heat medium (hot water or cold water) moving along the heat dissipation pipe decreases along the length from the inlet side, so if the pipe diameter is constant, the heat dissipation amount gradually decreases due to the same heat dissipation area condition.
As mentioned above, the pipe-type heating and cooling system has a large temperature deviation in the longitudinal direction due to the structural characteristics of the greenhouse due to poor heat dissipation, and most greenhouses control the overall temperature based on the temperature monitored by a sensor placed in the center, so there is a deviation in the average value, which has the disadvantage of causing uneven growth of crops in the greenhouse and lowering the quality of the crops.
In addition, the pipe-type heating and cooling system has the disadvantage of causing an increase in the unit cost of crop cultivation due to an increase in heating and cooling costs due to poor heat dissipation.
In particular, recently, multi-row, multi-layer cultivation methods have been commercialized in greenhouses to increase crop production in limited spaces, and thus, a complex heat dissipation system that performs comprehensive thermal environment control, including effective heating and cooling and dehumidification, at low energy costs is urgently needed.
In addition, greenhouses have the problem of further increasing operating costs (cooling costs) due to the increased cooling load required to lower the temperature to an appropriate growing temperature for plants, as the internal temperature rises due to solar radiation during the daytime in summer or winter.
In addition, if the internal temperature of the greenhouse rises excessively, the side windows and ceiling windows need to be opened. However, in this case, the CO2 applied to the greenhouse leaks out and is wasted, which reduces the fertilization effect and increases management costs. In addition, there is a disadvantage in that the humidity cannot be accurately controlled.
The present invention has been proposed with the above in mind, and its purpose is to provide a complex heat dissipation system for controlling the heat environment of a greenhouse, which can improve the heat dissipation efficiency of a greenhouse heat dissipation pipe and partially control the amount of heat dissipation as needed, thereby providing a heat environment suitable for growing plants, thereby improving the growth rate and quality of crops and reducing energy costs.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a composite heat dissipation system for controlling the thermal environment of a greenhouse, which can perform heating and cooling using waste heat of the greenhouse and reduce energy costs by performing a dehumidifying function without using electric energy.

In addition, the greenhouse (1) is configured to have a plurality of rows of plant cultivation sections (14) in which plants are planted and grown. The plant cultivation section (14) can be typically configured as a culture medium frame on which a culture medium (not shown) in which plants are planted is placed, but can also be configured as an elevated cultivation device (not shown) filled with soil in which plants such as strawberries are planted.

For example, the cold water supply source (3) is shown as an example equipped with a cold storage tank (32) for storing cold water, but it may further be equipped with a cold water generating device (not shown) for generating cold water.
The heat exchange line section (4) is arranged at the bottom of the plant cultivation section (14) inside the greenhouse (1) and is connected to a hot water supply source (2) and a cold water supply source (3), and is provided with a plurality of heat dissipation pipes (41) arranged in the length direction of the plant cultivation section (14), a first distribution head (42) connected to one end of the plurality of heat dissipation pipes (41), and a second distribution head (43) connected to the other end of the plurality of heat dissipation pipes (41).
A plurality of heat dissipation pipes (41) are arranged in parallel between the first and second distribution heads to form a single heat dissipation pipe unit. This single heat dissipation pipe unit performs the function of raising the temperature of the greenhouse by releasing warm air to the outside when the temperature of the single greenhouse (1) is lower than the set temperature and hot water supplied from the hot water supply source (2) flows, and the function of lowering the temperature of the greenhouse by releasing cold air to the outside when the temperature of the greenhouse is higher than the set temperature and cold water supplied from the cold water supply source (3) flows.

The first distribution head (42) and the second distribution head (43) are pipes that perform the function of a distribution head to supply and recover water (hot water, cold water) to a plurality of heat dissipation pipes (41), and are therefore composed of pipes with a larger inner diameter than the heat dissipation pipes.
Fig. 2 is a perspective view showing a heat dissipation pipe and a variable heat dissipation member of a composite heat dissipation system for controlling the thermal environment of a greenhouse according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and is an enlarged perspective view of part A of Fig. 1. Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view for explaining a heat dissipation pipe of a composite heat dissipation system for controlling the thermal environment of a greenhouse according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the heat exchange line section (4) according to the present invention is provided with a plurality of variable heat dissipation members (45) so as to quickly equalize the temperature difference along the longitudinal direction of the heat dissipation pipe (41) of the greenhouse (meaning the direction from the first distribution head to the second distribution head).
A variable heat dissipation member (45) is movably installed in a heat dissipation pipe (41) to increase the heat dissipation surface area of a specific area, and can be formed in various shapes or structures without any special restrictions as long as it has a structure in which the heat dissipation area per unit length is formed larger than that of the heat dissipation pipe.
For example, the variable heat dissipation member (45) is configured as a heat dissipation body having a female screw portion (452) formed therein so as to be moved by being screw-connected to a heat dissipation pipe (41). Here, the heat dissipation body is illustrated as having a number of heat dissipation fins (454) protruding from the outer surface to increase the heat dissipation area, but may also be configured as a porous body having a number of air flow holes (not shown) formed therein.
And the heat dissipation pipe (41) has a structure in which a heat dissipation part (414) formed in the form of a male screw thread protrudes from the outer surface of the pipe so that the female screw part (452) of the variable heat dissipation member (45) is screw-connected. Here, the heat dissipation part (414) protruding in the form of a male screw thread performs a function similar to a heat dissipation fin.
Meanwhile, the heat dissipation pipe (41) is configured with a heat absorption part (415) that absorbs radiant energy inside the greenhouse so as to reduce energy costs by performing heating and cooling using waste heat of the greenhouse (1), as shown in FIG. 3.
The above heat absorption part (415) is composed of a black body coating part (415a) formed by laminating a black body capable of absorbing radiant energy inside the greenhouse onto a heat dissipation pipe.
Here, a black body refers to an object whose solar radiation energy absorption rate is theoretically 1, and can effectively absorb solar radiation energy across the entire wavelength range and mitigate the diffusion of solar radiation energy into the environment. It can quickly absorb some of the solar radiation energy entering the greenhouse through the heat highway function that absorbs it at the side walls of the greenhouse, thereby mitigating the temperature rise inside the greenhouse.
For example, the black body coating portion (415a) can be formed by painting a known black body paint having high emissivity, heat resistance, wear resistance, and chemical resistance onto the heat dissipation pipe (41).
Meanwhile, the heat exchange line section (4) according to the present invention has a hydrophobic coating layer (416) laminated on the heat dissipation pipe so as to reduce energy costs by performing a dehumidifying function without using electrical energy.
It is preferable that the hydrophobic coating layer (416) be laminated on the outer surface of the black body coating portion (415) to ensure smooth moisture removal.
And the hydrophobic coating layer (416) is formed by laminating hydrophobic compounds. Here, the hydrophobic compounds are substances that do not have a group that is affinity for water molecules, and various known products can be applied, so a detailed description thereof is omitted.
In addition, a photocatalyst layer (417) is formed by attaching photocatalyst particles (417a) to the heat dissipation pipe (41) to generate carbon dioxide along with an antibacterial effect when light is applied.
The photocatalyst layer (417) includes photocatalyst particles such as titanium dioxide. In addition to titanium dioxide, the photocatalyst particles may be a single or composite of metal oxides such as tungsten oxide or zinc oxide. In addition, the photocatalyst layer may be formed by adding titanium dioxide particles to a solvent and then spraying them so that the titanium dioxide particles are attached to the surface of the hydrophobic coating layer. At this time, ethanol, isopropyl alcohol, acetone, etc. may be used as the solvent.
To briefly explain the working principle of a photocatalyst, a photocatalyst has a valence band E, a conduction band D, and a band gap G. The band gap G is a unique value of the photocatalyst. In the case of titanium dioxide (TiO2), it is about 3 eV, which is approximately 400 nm when converted to a wavelength. When light energy is irradiated on a titanium dioxide (TiO2) photocatalyst, an electron e- and a hole h+ pair are generated inside the photocatalyst and are extracted to the surface. When this reacts with an adsorbent, A is reduced to A- and the alkali R is oxidized to R+, resulting in a photocatalytic reaction. Due to the excitation phenomenon of electrons moving to the conduction band D, a hole h+ is generated where the electron e- has escaped. This state is the excited state of the photocatalyst. At this time, since the oxidizing power of the hole h+ is much greater than the reducing power of the electron e-, when the electron e- is excited, various pollutants such as volatile organic substances contained in the greenhouse air act as electron donors to the hole h+ remaining in the valence band E, oxidizing and decomposing various pollutants, and the following chemical reaction occurs on the surface of the photocatalyst, purifying the air.
VOC(휘발성 유기화합물) → CO2+ H2O + Mineral acid(무기산)VOC (volatile organic compounds) → CO 2 + H 2 O + Mineral acid
As mentioned above, when light energy is applied to the photocatalyst, organic matter in the air is oxidized into water ( H2O ) and carbon dioxide ( CO2 ), which performs antibacterial and deodorizing effects, and carbon dioxide ( CO2 ) performs fertilizer effect for plant cultivation. In addition, the photocatalytic deodorizing reaction mentioned above converts O2 generated by the reduction of oxygen into hydrogen peroxide, which is a more oxidizing radical OH, or into water and oxygen.

In this heating supply mode, when the first pump (81) and the third pump (83) are operated while the first control valve (71) and the third control valve (73) are opened and the second and fourth control valves (72, 74) are closed under the control of a control unit (not shown), hot water from the storage tank (22) is supplied to the first distribution header (42) through the first water supply line (51) and then distributed to a plurality of heat dissipation pipes (41).
The hot water supplied through the heat dissipation pipe (41) releases heat to raise the temperature of the plant cultivation section (14), and the hot water from the plurality of heat dissipation pipes (41) passing through the plant cultivation section is collected in the second distribution head (43), flows along the first water recovery line (61), and then is recovered to the heat storage tank (22).
In the process of performing the heating supply mode through the aforementioned hot water circulation process, the heat dissipation pipe (41) is formed with a heat dissipation part (414) formed with a male screw thread, so that it can effectively release heat.
In addition, since a plurality of variable heat dissipation members (45) with excellent heat dissipation characteristics are movably connected to the heat dissipation pipe (41), if the heat dissipation efficiency is increased by positioning them close to the second distribution head (43) where the heat flux (amount of heat flowing per unit area per unit time) is relatively reduced (the temperature of the hot water is lowered), a relatively even temperature can be maintained over the entire length of the heat dissipation pipe. In addition, the variable heat dissipation members (45) can be adjusted to provide warmth more accurately and quickly toward the plants by moving them to the planted area and positioning them in the correct position.
Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 4b, the composite heat dissipation system for controlling the thermal environment of a greenhouse according to the first embodiment of the present invention can perform a cooling supply mode to maintain an appropriate temperature of plants planted in a plant cultivation section when the temperature inside the greenhouse is high, such as in summer or during the day, by supplying cold water to the heat exchange line section (4).
In this cooling supply mode, when the second pump (82) and the fourth pump (84) are operated while the second control valve (72) and the fourth control valve (74) are opened and the first and third control valves (71, 73) are closed under the control of a control unit (not shown), the cold water of the cold storage tank (32) is supplied to the second distribution header (43) through the second water supply line (52) and then distributed to a plurality of heat dissipation pipes (41).
The cold water supplied through the heat dissipation pipe (41) releases cold air to lower the temperature of the plant cultivation section (14), and the cold water from the plurality of heat dissipation pipes (41) passing through the plant cultivation section (14) is collected from the first distribution head (42), flows along the second water recovery line (62), and is then recovered to the cold storage tank (32).
In the process of performing the cooling supply mode through the aforementioned cold water circulation process, the heat dissipation pipe (41) is formed with a heat dissipation part (414) formed with a male screw thread, so that it can effectively release cold air, and since the variable heat dissipation member (45) is movably connected, when it is positioned close to the first distribution head (42) where the temperature of the cold water relatively increases to increase the heat dissipation efficiency, the temperature can be maintained by relatively evenly releasing cold air over the entire length of the heat dissipation pipe.
Meanwhile, since a black body coating portion (415a) is formed on the heat dissipation pipe (41), when sunlight is incident, the temperature inside the greenhouse (1) rapidly rises due to solar radiation energy. At this time, solar radiation energy is usually about 800 to 1000 W/m 2 , and the black body coating portion (415a) with high absorption rate performs an appropriate auxiliary cooling effect before the solar radiation energy is diffused into the greenhouse. In this way, the radiation energy absorbed by the black body coating portion (415a) is absorbed by the water flowing through the heat dissipation pipe (41) and discharged to the outside.
In addition, since a hydrophobic coating layer (416) is formed on the heat dissipation pipe (41), when cold water flows, moisture contained in the greenhouse air condenses into water molecules on the heat dissipation pipe and then falls downward, thereby performing the function of controlling humidity.
In addition, since a photocatalyst layer (417) formed by attaching photocatalyst particles (417a) to the heat dissipation pipe (41) is formed, when light is applied, carbon dioxide necessary for plant cultivation can be generated along with an antibacterial effect by the photocatalyst operating principle described above.
