Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예에 따른, 유가 미네랄 회수 및 고순도 담수 생산을 위한 초고도 농축 해수담수화 공정을 개념적으로 나타낸 공정도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예에 따른, 유가 미네랄 회수 및 고순도 담수 생산을 위한 초고도 농축 해수담수화 공정에 포함되는 흡착식 담수화 공정에서 시간에 따른 증발기 내 염수 농도 변화를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예에 따른, 유가 미네랄 회수 및 고순도 담수 생산을 위한 초고도 농축 해수담수화 공정에 포함되는 흡착식 담수화 공정으로부터 생산된 담수의 수질을 나타낸 차트이다.
Claims (3)
- 해수 유입구를 통하여 해수를 유입하고,
유입된 해수로부터 탈기하여 전처리를 진행한 후,
전처리 된 해수를 해수농축기;에 유입시키고,
상기 해수농축기에서 농축된 해수는 농축수결정화기;에 유입시켜 유가미네랄 염을 추출하여 회수하며,
상기 농축수결정화기에서 생산되는 농축수는 상기 해수농축기로 재유입시키고,
상기 해수농축기에서 배출되는 증류수를 수전해하여 수소(H2)를 생산하되,
상기 해수농축기는 흡착식다중효용담수화기(MEAD, Multi-Effect Adsorption Desalination)를 포함하고,
상기 농축수결정화기는 강제순환식분리기와 원심분리기를 포함하여,
낮은 TBT(Top Brine Temperature)하에서 유가 미네랄, 고순도 담수 및 수소를 일관 해수담수화 공정을 통해 획득하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유가 미네랄 회수 및 고순도 담수 생산을 위한 초고도 농축 해수담수화 공정.
