Claims (3)
- 이득 등화 정도를 측정하기 위해 입력되는 신호광에 대해 반사된 빛은 차단하고 투과된 빛은 통과시키는 제 1 광 아이솔레이터(21a)와, 상기 투과된 신호광과 여기광원(23)에서 여기한 여기광을 결합시키는 파장분할 광섬유결합기(22)와, 상기 파장분할 광섬유결합기(22)를 통과한 신호광을 증폭함과 동시에 자연방출광을 증폭하는 에르븀 첨가 광섬유(24)와, 상기 에르븀 첨가 광섬유(24)를 통해 증폭된 출력 광에 대해 반사된 빛은 차단하고 투과된 빛은 통과시키는 제 2 광 아이솔레이터(21b)와, 상기 제 2 광 아이솔레이터(21b)를 통과한 신호광과 자연방출광이 전송되어 반사된 1530nm 영역의 성분을 뽑아내기 위한 광섬유 방향성 결합기(25)와, 상기 광섬유 방향성 결합기(25)에서 뽑아낸 1530nm 영역의 자연방출광의 광세기를 측성하는 광검출기(26)와 상기 광섬유 방향성 결합기(25)를 거친 1530nm영역의 증폭된 자연방출광만을 추출하고 나머자 신호광의 파장 성분은 통과시키는 광학필터(27)와, 상기 광섬유 방향성 결합기(25)의 일측에 연결되되 이득을 등화상태로 유지 시키기위해 상기 추출된 1530nm 영역의 자연방출광 세기롤 기준으로 상기 여기광원(23)의 여기광 세기 변화를 궤환방식에 의해 조절하는 여기광 세기 조절부(29) 및 상기 광학필터(27)를 통과한 나머지 신호광의 파장 성분은 투과시키는 제 3 광 아이솔레이터(21c)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이득 등화의 상태 유지를 위한 에르븀 첨가 광증폭기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광학필터(27)는 1530nm파장 대역의 성분은 반사시키고 1530nm 파장대역의 성분은 투과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 이득 등화의 상태 유지를 위한 에르븀 첨가 광증폭기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 여기광 세기 조절부(29)는 상기 광 검출기(26)에서 검출된 성분의 광세기가 소정의 에르븀 첨가 광증폭기의 이득을 파장에 대하여 균일하게 유지하는 이득에서의 광세기가 되도록 여기광 세기를 조절하는 것을 특성으로 하는 이득 등화의 상태 유지를 위한 에르븀 첨가 광증폭기.
