Claims (3)
- 소결층(4)에 직접 화염(100)을 접촉시켜 착화시키는 소결점화로에 사용되는 버너에 있어서, 1차연소용 공기의 흐름에 일정한 각도를 가지고 연료를 분사시키는 작은 분사구멍(47a)들을 좌우 대칭으로 가진 연료노즐(41)을 하부측에 갖추고, 상기 연료노즐(41)로 각각 연료가스를 공급하는 다수개의 연료배관(42)을 갖는 연료 분사부(40); 상기 다수개의 연료배관(42)이 내부를 관통하는 사각 중공형의 1차연소 공기배관(59)을 갖추고, 상기 1차연소공기배관(59)의 상부측에는 공기 유입구(55)가 형성되며, 하부측에는 상기 연료노즐(41)에 인접하여 커튼형상의 화염을 형성시키는 슬릿형상의 1차연소용 공기노즐(53)이 형성되는 1차연소 공기공급부(50); 및, 상기 1차연소공기배관(59)이 내부를 통과하는 중공형의 2차연소공기배관(80)을 갖추고, 그 상부에는 2차공기 유입구(82)가 형성되며, 하부측에는 연료를 완전연소시키는 슬릿형상의 2차연소공기용노즐(74)을 갖는 2차연소 공기공급부(50);를 포함하여 소결층(4)의 상부에 커튼형상의 화염을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 직화식 소결점화로용 슬릿(Slit)버너.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연료 분사부(40)의 연료유입구(45)에는 4개로 나뉘어진 연료배관(42)이 장착되어 연료가스가 연료헤더(47)로 들어가고, 상기 연료헤더(47)에서는 적당한 크기의 내부공간을 가지고 있어 연료배관(42)을 통해 들어오는 연료의 동압(動壓)을 정압(定壓)으로 변환시킴으로서 연료노즐(41)을 통해 분사되는 연료가스의 양이 균등해지도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 직화식 소결점화로용 슬릿(Slit)버너.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연료노즐(41)은 일정한 각도를 가진 작은 연료배출구멍(47a)이 2열로 배치되어 일정각도를 가지고, 분사된 연료가 슬릿형상의 1차연소용 공기노즐(53)에서 수직방향으로 분사되는 1차연소용 공기와 일정한 각도로 만나게 됨으로서 완전연소에 필요한 연료와 공기의 혼합을 촉진하며, 연료가 상기 구멍(47a)을 통해 잘게 나뉘어져 분사됨으로서 분할화염(Divided Flame)의 형성에 따른 공기와의 혼합촉진을 이루고, 연소중 최고화염온도가 저하되는 효과를 거두게 됨으로서 질소산화물(NOx)의 생산량을 감소시킴을 특징으로 하는 직화식 소결점화로용 슬릿(Slit)버너.
