Claims (4)
- 디올과 디카르본산 또는 그 에스테르 반응으로 생성되는 폴리에스테르 제조시 에스테르 교환반응 초기에 평균 입경 20∼250nm, 투입함량 1.0∼10.0중량%의 무기입자를 분산액 상태로 투입하여 외부입자를 형성시키고, 에스테르 교환반응이 끝난 시점에서 인산계화합물을 폴리머에 대해서 01∼0.3중량% 첨가하여 내부입자를 형성함에 있어서, 중축합 반응 초기 또는 이행 직전에 평균입경 0.01∼0.5㎛인 티타늄 화합물 1.0∼5.0중량%와 실리카 화합물 1.0∼8.0중량%를 첨가하고 원형이나 타원형의 중공구금을 사용하여 원사의 중공율을 10∼35%, 중공원사의 슬리트 폭을 1.5∼12㎛로 하여 방사한 후 알칼리 감량 가공시 피브릴 발현에 의해 섬유표면에 아주 미세하고 균일한 크레이트를 가지도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 심색성 폴리에스테르 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 알칼리 감량시에 피브릴화가 100∼10000개/㎠의 수준으로 발현됨을 특징으로 하는 심색성 폴리에스테르 섬유의 제조방법.
- 알칼리 감량시 피브릴의 발현을 위한 슬리트의 내경과 슬리트의 폭이 하기식(1)을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공방사구금..................(1)상기식에서 a는 슬리트의 폭이고,R는 슬리트의 내경임.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 피브릴의 발현을 위한 X-Y 축상의 슬리트 외경에서 그은 접선이 서로 만나는 지점과 X-Y축상의 슬리트 내경이 이루는 개구각(θ)이 하기식(2)을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공방사구금30°≤θ≤75°................(2)상기식에서 θ는 X-Y축의 슬리트 외경에서 그은 접선이 서로 만나는 지점과 X-Y축상의 중공슬리트 내경이 이루는 개구각임.
