Claims (3)
- 외부에서 인가되는 클럭과 LRAS신호를 인가받아 파이프 카운터 출력부로 클럭 신호를 인가하는 클럭 입력부와;컬럼 대기시간(CL) 신호와 파워 신호를 입력받아 파이프 카운터 출력부로 리셋 신호를 인가하는 리셋신호 입력부; 및다수개의 플립플롭으로 이루어지며, 상기 클럭 입력부와, 리셋신호 입력부에서 인가된 신호를 파이프 카운터 값을 출력하는 파이프 카운터 출력부를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 카운터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 파이프 카운터 출력부는 클럭단자로 상기 클럭 입력부에서 출력된 클럭을 입력받으며, 리셋 단자로는 상기 리셋신호 입력부에서 출력된 리셋신호를 입력받으며, 데이타 단자로는 앞단의 플립플롭에서 출력된 데이타를 입력받는 다수개의 플립플롭이 직렬로 연결되는 구성인 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 카운터.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 다수개의 플립플롭 중 첫번째 플립플롭은 자신의 출력단자에서 출력된 값과, 다음번 플립플롭에서 출력된 값을 노아 연산한 값을 데이타 입력단자로 입력받는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 카운터.
