Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 제1 및 제 2기판과, 상기한 제 1기판 위에 형성된 보호막과, 상기한 제2기판 위에 형성된 오버코트층과, 상기한 제 1기판과 제 2기판 사이에 형성된 액정층으로 구성된 액정표시장치에 있어서, 상기한 액정층이 서로 다른 높이를 갖는 복수의 층으로 수직으로 분할되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1 및 제 2기판과, 상기한 제1기판 위에 형성된 화소전극과, 상기한 화소전극 위에 복수의 단차를 갖고 형성된 보호막과, 상기한 제2기판 위에 복수의 단차를 갖고 형성된 오버코트층과, 상기한 오버코트층 위에 형성된 대향전극으로 구성된 액정표시장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기한 보호막 위의 복수의 단차는 서로 다른 높이를 갖고 인접하여 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기한 오버코트층 위의 복수의 단차는 서로 다른 높이를 갖고 인접하여 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기한 보호막에 형성되는 복수의 단차와 오버코트층에 형성되는 복수의 단차는 서로 동일한 구조로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 3항 또는 4항에 있어서, 상기한 인접하는 각각의 단차는 양쪽이 경사진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기한 화소전극이 ITO(Indium Tin Oxide)인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기한 대향전극이 ITO(Indium Tin Oxide)인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 및 제 2기판을 준비하는 단계와, 상기한 제 1기판 위에 화소전극을 형성하는 단계와, 상기한 화소전극 위에 복수의 단차를 갖는 보호막을 형성하는 단계와, 상기한 제2기판 위에 복수의 단차를 갖는 오버코트층을 형성하는 단계와, 상기한 오버코트층 위에 대향전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기한 보호막 위의 복수의 단차는 서로 다른 높이를 갖고 인접하여 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기한 오버코트층 위의 복수의 단차는 서로 다른 높이를 갖고 인접하여 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기한 보호막에 형성되는 복수의 단차와 오버코트층에 형성되는 복수의 단차는 서로 동일한 구조로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 10항 또는 11항에 있어서, 상기한 인접하는 각각의 단차는 양쪽이 경사진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기한 화소전극이 ITO(Indium Tin Oxide)인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기한 대향전극이 ITO(Indium Tin Oxide)인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
